Geek squad fixed my computer!!! I literally thought it was headed for the trash. a 2400.00 computer, just suddenly stopped working and wouldn't even recognize a keyboard. I thought I'd just let the geek squad look at it, expecting the worst. They fixed it within a week! Totally worth the 200.00 to save me from thousands invested in a new computer. Best part is, they will help with every device in my house under the plan I purchased for the entire year. Love those GEEKS!

I always hesitate spending the money for the extra protection on electronic devices, but once again I'm glad I spent a few dollars for it to cover my new Fit Bit Charge HR. The second day I had the device I noticed a line across the screen and realized it had a crack in it. I just took it back to Best Buy. They had me get another new one off the shelf and they updated the reference numbers for my protection plan. Then, I was out the door with my brand new Fit Bit Charge HR. The whole transaction probably took less than 15 minutes.

I purchased the product replacement on my Fitbit Charge and was glad I did because my Fit Bit didn't make it through an entire year without falling apart at the band. Because of it, I was able to get a new Fit Bit Charge at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the 2nd Fit Bit fell apart at the band as well. Purchase the replacement warranty at your own discretion. Sometimes you need it... sometimes it may not be worth it.

I have had my Fitbit 2 years and love it. Definitely buy the extended warranty as it covers everything. They have replaced my Fitbit twice with no complaint. They have been wear and tear issues

I get the insurance plans every time I buy something from Best Buy. They make life so much easier than dealing with the vendor's warranty. The first time I bought it, I didn't realize it. My TV ended up having difficulty connecting with the internet. I contacted the vendor and constantly felt like a child the many times I called. After much frustration, I took the TV in to the Geek Squad. It was so hassle-free and the guys were so nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I recently bought a FitBit HR and lost it. I understand why the Geek Squad doesn't cover this, but I wish they did!

I have always had protection on my fitness bands. They can take a beating so it only makes sense to get the protection on them. I have used the plan on 3 different bands so far with no problems. I've even upgraded bands using the plan. This is one product not to pass up the protection on. Trust me!

So many of today's products are just not made to last. I always purchase a maintenance agreement. I have had to use them on a camera, a Keurig coffeemaker, a printer and a fitbit. It adds to your original cost but the shoddy construction of so many products these days make them a necessity.

I am someone that will always buy the service protection plans for the products that I buy. They have helped save me LOTS of money and headache. I recommend to everyone to purchase the protection plan because even if you do not end up using it you will have the peace of mind for that product.

I received my first Fit Bit HR for Christmas and fell in love with it. My goal was 10,000 steps a day and I do not go to bed until I hit my 10,000 steps. When the strap fell apart I think my heart skipped a few beats. I rushed to the store to get a replacement.

This is the second time I purchased this warranty I purchased a fit bit over a year ago and the plate where you plug in to charge came off when I was unplugging my fitbit. Best buy because of this warranty replaced it with no questions. Such an easy process!

Best part of Best Buy Warranty. 2 Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement. Is way worth the charge for any product that is constantly being used. I had a great experience with a previous product I returned with a warranty. Excellent service and no hassles!

Got the Geek Squad protection plan for my headphones and when the cable had a defect they replaced it quickly and easily. Hassle-free replacement no questions asked!

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.

I found this very useful. First time I bought it my jawbone bracelet just stopped so I used to buy another one. I also use the secure on that one and I'm about to buy another tracker replacement using the product replacement.

It's cost about $30 for 2 years warranty which I think is quite reasonable considering the quality product you are purchasing. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have this to fall back on if anything were to happen to my Fitbit.

These devices just seem to have a battery flaw after a several months. Good news is Geek squad protection is available and without hassle replace it. Just make sure to bring your charger when returning

I had my fitbet go out of me. Thanks to this plan, I was able to go ahead and replace it with out having to buy a new one. On all your big purchases, I would make sure to add this folks.

A great supplemental plan to buy with the fitbit. My wifes fitbit had issues after a year and bestbuy quickly replaced it in store

Actually had to use this, about 13 months of wearing my Fitbit HR, it just quit. Went into Best Buy showed them the watch and the receipt they gave me a new one, no quesitons asked.
