I honestly can’t say enough good things about the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan. I got it when I bought my laptop, and it’s already been a lifesaver. I cannot recommend the Geek Squad 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan enough! About a month before our plan expired, my 9-year-old's PS5 controller suddenly stopped working. To my surprise, Geek Squad didn’t just replace the controller—they replaced the entire PS5 console along with it! We walked out with a brand-new system and controller on the very same day. The entire experience was stress-free, simple, and so convenient. This protection plan is worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again for future electronics!

I love this, I have only had to use it once, but they replaced my item immediately. I love this because it saves you in the event of an unexpected error or malfunction . You do not have this you have to pay full price. They are always so nice too.
