Geek Squad is absolutely amazing! Their service is fast, friendly, and super helpful. I remember one time when my tv went out and i sat without one for over a month. The Geek squad so happened to call right before the warranty ran out. I had completely forgot about the warranty. So I traded in my tv. That was a big relief and i never will forget it.

I haven't had a chance to use them and I'm grateful for that but I am happy that I have that in the event that something does happen I'm sure they will be wonderful I've used them in the past on other devices that I have purchased and they were wonderful they were able to complete help and fix the problem that I had with my computer and my television

Best Buy’s warranties are always the bomb. You don’t have to wait for them to fix it. You just get a new one and replace the warranty on it.

We purchased this just in case something happened to the PlayStation. It is good to have we have not had the need as of yet to use this but it’s comforting to know it’s there.
