I cannot recommend the Geek Squad 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan enough! About a month before our plan expired, my 9-year-old's PS5 controller suddenly stopped working. I scheduled an appointment online the same day, and the process couldn’t have been easier. To my surprise, Geek Squad didn’t just replace the controller—they replaced the entire PS5 console along with it! We walked out with a brand-new system and controller on the very same day. The entire experience was stress-free, simple, and so convenient. This protection plan is worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again for future electronics!

I have used my warranty services before with this purchase and I recommend purchasing the added warranty with every purchase, Best Buy stands behind thier warranties!
