For devices that are not from a reputable maker (baby monitor), this definitely came in handy. But you only get ONE refresh. For a device that you’re familiar with, this is a wasted resource: video game.

This service has always been good to me! I do not like that you can only purchase it at the beginning now and not add more years on once the first time period has ended. Bad business!

Was good at first but the speaker on the camera itself it is absolutely horrid and the range is terrible. I can be next to the camera holding the monitor and it won’t be connected whether through Wi-Fi or direct connection. The antenna does absolutely nothing and they’re joking if they say it does, and the battery life is an absolute mess. This thing can barely last an hour on full brightness and yet they want you to use only their included usb c cable. (It doesn’t make the battery any better)

Its always good to get 2 year warranty for your things

This Mobi camera set is an incredible value. Rotational heads allow for full room view thru your phone Multiple recording options (I prefer SD card). I will use this as a security option vs a baby camera. I have son that like to fish in the pond in the back. Always good to have an extra eye on him along with one that turned 16 … so coming and going viewing is always nice Side value … humidity & temp alerts so I know what’s going on outside. 2 way communication is nice for the older one getting home. Last check without leaving the bed haha Definitely a recommended buy. Note on set up … click the little button to active the camera which allows to set up network. Network set up is required for both cameras

Before the Miku we had the arlo baby camera because we had arlo security cameras in our house. The arlo would constantly time out and eventually every 30 minutes you had to press play. This doesn't happened at all with the miku! it runs non-stop (even on my older ipad) and has amazing video quality. The breathing monitoring is an added plus so you dont have to zoom in yourself to see the baby's chest moving. But if you wanted to zoom in you can. You can have multiple users on the miku as well and can watch it when not at home! The miku also tracks the efficiency of the baby's sleep at night and during naps. Another amazing plus is the box comes with absolutely everything you need to install. It literally took less than ten minutes to install and even came with a wire cover. I really don't think I can address all the excellent features on the Miku!

I have been impressed by this Miku monitor from the moment I opened the package. I love the sleek look of the monitor and that it came with everything you need to set it up. It was very easy to set up and use. The first thing we did was download the app and started playing around with it. This monitor is the first of it’s kind. It offers real-time breathing and sleep tracking and it’s all contact free. Your baby doesn’t have to wear anything. The technology is amazing. I love being able to see the breathing in real time. It was a real relief for the day after she got her shots. This monitor just gives us peace of mind. That was super important to us when we were looking at the right monitor for us. I also like that it has so many features. There is a microphone so you can talk to your baby. It also plays music. At first I was worried it might be too loud. It plays really soft lullabies. It also tells you when there is movement. I highly recommend this monitor.

We love the Miku! It has solved all the issues we have had with our old "smart" baby monitor. On top of that setup was easy and the video quality is great. Compared to our old monitor there is no delay in the video or sound, the analytics work on my 20-month-old, the app does not put off a constant white noise, and the video does not crash. With our old monitor we always had to have a backup sound monitor because the app/video would crash at least. I love that I no longer need to pay for sleep analytics or buy special equipment to track breathing. Plus, it doubles as a sound machine and allows two-way talk. The Miku is going to be a game changer when we decide to have another little one.

After doing a lot of research I'm glad I chose this monitor! I had no issues setting it up using the Miku app or any issues with the connectivity to my wifi. It was easy to do. The app interface is easy to use and it provides great features without having to buy a subscription! I love that it monitors breathing without any wearable equipment to do so, which gives me a peace of mind. Overall I’m very glad I purchased this, and highly recommend it!

Why are all the reviews here about warranty. Is best buy trying to sell warranties. I wanted to hear about the product. If everyone here has had to use the warranty, doesn't say much about the product does it?
