I’ve always bought geek squad protection and it comes in handy when all your sons are gamers. My youngest got an oculus a few years ago as a Christmas present and basically played with this VR until the band became loose and the controllers were unresponsive. We still had the protection plan at the time and were able to use it towards his oculus. Worth every cent no matter the electronic.

VR headset.. couple hours before needing to be asleep for work.. getting intense with a zombies BO1 mod on contractors and run into a wall and break your head set? Geek squads got ya

Bought for whole family use. The only downside is the battery life, which is to be expected so I can't complain. We'll see how it does long term. For Meta account users: monitor your kids on it. Purchases can be made through the headset and it doesn't always ask for the "purchase PIN" you set up.

The agent help out to his fullest potential and I then was told to visit customer service which I had the great pleasure and opportunity to receive a great offer so I was very pleased with my visit appointment at Best Buy

They made it really easy to replace my oculus when it wasn’t working

I haven´t had the need of using it but everybody knows, it´s better to have it and not need it than the other way around....electronics are not cheap, specialy the good ones.

The 3s is definitely better than the 2 but 3 of my children have the quest 2 and love it for years. The quality is great and the geek squad is fantastic help whenever we need!!
