This was very much needed for my washer. Previous washer broke down after two years and I regretted not getting the warranty. Geek squad certified if they can’t fix it, they will replace from what I was told. My uncle made us of his extended warranty when his washer broke down and he was happy to get a replacement.

I have been paying for xfinity devices at $10 each for years. I replaced them with these devices, and now can do everything plus more. I have already subscriptions to primevideo, hulu, nextflix..., this does that Plus the xfinity channels. I wasted a lot of money through the years when all you really need are these ROKU devices. got the $39 version. worked really slick.

Removed the old TV. Set up a 75" QLED TV with a sound bar and rear speakers. Installed a wall mount for the TV. All of the equipment worked well and the Geek Squad did an excellent job; very neat and particular. They offered many tips on the operation and made sure that we were comfortable with operation of the Smart TV. We have and will continue to promote them to friends.

I could not be without the geek squad. It is security for me. I am retired, and used to have tech support at work. Now I have the geek squad! I am glad to have somewhere to turn. I am glad they make house calls. They make things work. This time they walked me through the on/off of the tv with use of the remote until I could manage it myself.

The 2-Year product replacement isn’t as expensive as I thought it would be. I purchased this with my calculator for a statistics class and has helped me tremendously. I’ll definitely be purchasing product replacement for any other items I’ll purchase in the future.

Geek Squad Product Replacement protection is something that I think is a must have these days. While some product last a while, you can never be sure. The Geek Squad is always the best at attending to our need when a problem comes up. Thanks again.

I had to return my shredder because I was having issues with it .

When I bought the cordless phone two years ago in the local Best Buy store before the whole COVID crisis hit, I was advised by a helpful sales representative to sign up for the two year plan. Thankfully my item hasn't had any technical problems but I thought it was a wise investment and to have a protection plan in place just case something did happen.

Bought the warrenty for two years. Probably bought it for nothing. Nothing ever happens to the products I buy until years later!

I had problems with my computer and addressed it quickly. Recently I also purchased a new laptop and they transferred all my programs files for me in a day. They saved me from going crazy to do it.

My desk top computer was held for ransom. I called the number to geek squad they knew exactly what if was and walked me through the steps to remove it. I was offered to bring it into the store if I was more comfortable with that but, I chose not to. We was able to get things resolved quickly over the phone. I was glad to had added this service to my account.

Whenever I purchase an electronic product at BestBuy, I will always purchase this service. I like the reassurance of having protection on any product at BestBuy. It have saved me from spending a lot of money on getting an item fix or replaced.

We've always bought an extended warranty on products and have had to use them in the past. Some retailers don't honor their extended warranties. Best Buy does! That's why we don't buy from other retailers; we buy from Best Buy. Getting an extended warranty from Best Buy means you won't have to deal with the manufacturer. If you want peace of mind, get the extended warranty from Best Buy. You won't regret it.

It’s really great to have this protection incase something goes wrong

I had previously bought a corded phone with a 2 year Geek Squad warranty. That day, it was broken. The Geek Squad representative immediately replaced it. I then purchased a new phone, and again bought a new 2 year warranty. I was totally satisfied and knew that Best Buy and the Geek Squad were genuinely dependable.

Had a great experience. They are always polite and always want to do the best for the customer. I always get a protection plan for everything I buy that is expensive, it gives relief knowing that you have protection

I had a problem with the battery not lasting very long. Took it back to Best Buy within the insurance terms and was treated very well and exchanged for a new phone without any problems

I purchased the extended warranty for my product, and even though my product still works, I felt confident knowing if anything went wrong with it… that I could get it fixed or replaced with Bestbuys extended warranty!!!

No higher recommendation can I give to hiring the Geek Squad for any of your electronic needs, which includes computer maintenance/setup; home theater, etc. I've used them for years and will not go anywhere else for my needs when it comes to my pc or needing something with my home theater setup. Yes! Yes! Yes!
