If you buy headphones or any electronics aside from TVs and it doesn’t cost much for the protection plan then please get it! I bought a gaming headset for $169.99 and they ended up messing up a few months in. I bought the plan for around $30 and I was able to return it no problem to get a better headset instead of losing out on $169.99. It’s well worth it!

I can't say how many times the warranty has saved me $$$. From XBox controllers, keyboards, and an Xbox One X that a tenant spilled a smooth on. Geek Squad Product Replacement is the way to go. No hassles, and if you're really attached to an item, they will do their best to fix it. Great job as always Best Buy and the Geeks!

Warranties that come with products are great, if you have time to wait and jump through a few hoops. Beat buy takes the waiting and inserts convenience when things go wrong with products. Take it back to the store and they will replace it. No questions asked. Spend a little bit more and get the protection. There is no small print here.

I purchased this protection plan for my HyperX gaming headset. Gaming headsets seem to break on me, particularly the headphone jack that plugs into the PS4 controller. I have now had to invoke this protection plan twice for that reason. Fortunately, Best Buy provided me with an exact replacement or an in-store credit of equal value in exchange.

These are the most professional folks I have had the pleasure to seek support. They have helped me resolve some of the most simple issues to replacing an entire screen. When they have kept my computer for additional review for some of the more difficult issues, the turn around time has been faster than what is predicted. Well worth the investment!

Had a product that was faulty within the replacement period and was exchanged with no questions asked! Small price for the ease of being able to walk into your local Best Buy and replace something (same day if they have the product) rather than dealing with certain manufacturers who can leave you hanging for weeks!

If I am taking my laptop because I have problems downloading a program/software, that is all I know. I don't know what to do and that is why I pay for this geek program to do it for me. When it is actually done, I just need to know it works, I will not understand all the techy lingo. Also, when I asked not to put any passwords to get in, please listen and don't make it hard on your customer that is paying you to make it easy to be able to use the stuff we buy from you. My laptop would go to sleep even if I was working on it because the way it was initially set up. Not cool!

The general consensus is that you will never need to use the warranty for your products but I think that extra insurance coming from Best buy has more than paid for itself in folds in my case. I'm gentle with my products but sometimes manufacturers don't put out the best and that's where this insurance pays and droves & bunches

Just do yourself a solid, and purchase the GEEK SQUAD protection plan. We all know happens when we second guess ourselves and then get home and drop your brand new phone in the toilet. Well, you know, some of us may or may not have had that happen once or twice, or maybe a few or so more times. You get the picture. Do it.

After a terrible accident with one of my devices, I went to Best Buy feeling down with a physically broken product in my hands expecting a huge no. Best Buy really had my back and from that moment on I always always add a protection plan to anything I purchase from them, customer service deserves 10/5 stars.

I shop at Best Buy and am wiling to pay a little more because of their customer service and amazing protection plans. I rarely buy a product with out the protection plan. I have used many protection plans and I have neve had a problem. They also found my receipt and reprinted it for me.

After dropping & breaking my first new laptop within weeks of purchase, I decided to get the 2 year replacement protection on my second (within 3 weeks apart) laptop. Now with a nightly remote backup, I can be up & running within hours if a break my computer or if it fails. I do t have to worry anymore.

The cost of the two year Geek Squad Service more than pays for itself if you plan to have one of two fairly major services performed. Plus it backs those services like a warranty. It's kind of a no-brainer. You end up saving money. Ask someone at Best Buy to explain.

I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

Wish we would have renewed our membership! Anytime I had questions about the HP envy laptop I purchased at the same time was quickly resolved through their remote help. And I had my car audio system updated with new dashboard system and back up cam for FREE! Totally worth money spent to acquire the geek squad protection.

Geek Squad 2 Year Replacement is great! I purchased this with a Logitech Headset I purchased. Coincidentally enough, my headset stopped working right before the two-year mark and I was able to swap it for an ever better headset. I just paid the difference.

I have a friend that lives Plantronics because you can answer your phone without removing the Bluetooth headsets.Plus it has a talking feature that will tell you who's calling. It will say "answer or ignore". That's what my friend likes about the Plantronics headset.

The Greek Squad is ready to help and very friendly. They will do their best to make the customer happy and will replace the item if that is your request. On items like computers, laptops, and gaming headphones (especially when buying as a gift), the protection gives you piece of mind. Well worth the investment!

My keriug water pump finally went as they tend to do, thought it was going to be a big issue to get another one. Only issue I had was they didn't have any in stock so they ordered one online for me and was at my house in 3 days with the new one. Worth the geek squad when you have the option to get it.
