I wish the warranty lasted just a little bit longer so I could have used the services.

Rating for packaging: seems tampered with and arrived in manufacturer's box not a shipping box. Not building much confidence in customer satisfaction.

Bought it 6 weeks ago. Digital display no longer works. Can’t use it without the digital display.

One of the best investments I’ve ever made! Completely transformed my bedroom by removing the dust particles and making it a lot easier by not having to worry about dust piling every couple of days. On top of that, being able to cool the bedroom in the warmer days and heating it now during the colder months has been nothing short of sensational. You definitely get your moneys worth.

This is the second one for me. The first one was purchaseed in Fef. 2018 and had a failure on the electlic heating elements suddenly in Nov. 2025. But I am very grateful to this model for withstanding my heavy usage on a daily basis. That's the reason I got same model again.

The Best Buy protection plans are really useful instead of dealing with the manufacturer itself, and having to ship the item off, if something breakthrough doesn’t work, you take it to Best Buy and replace it, easy access
