I bought this online and I purchased it with my fire stick TV remote because I broke the other two remotes I got so I got a replacement for it but they never gave me the information when I picked up the item so I had to request it from Best buy since I picked it up and I figured that we can meet the information but it didn't come with it when they gave it to me outside I didn't go into store and pick it up they brought it out to me

Our puppy kept getting the remote when we’d leave it on the couch or coffee table. Thank goodness for the 2 year protection because we’ve had to replace the remote 3 or 4 times. No hassles on getting a new replacement for free! Definitely recommend.

I asked the register person if the service plan would cover the new harmony remote if my dog ate it like he ate the one this replaced and her answer was yes. The one he ate was an excellent remote for its 5 years of service so the decision was easy.

This remote is as good as factory remote that comes with LG TV however the buttons sometimes tends to get stuck.

Okay I am an electrical engineer and I never buy extended warranties for any electronics products! My Sony Bravia 77 -inch OLED UHD HDTV is special and pricey. The Geek Squad that installed in were superb and so I changed my mind and the peace-of-mind is well worth it for me. Worth your consideration, too...

Whenever I purchase pricy technology (this time, a Fitbit Sense), I seriously consider protecting it. I have never owned a fitness tracking watch, and didn’t know how rough I might be on it. For me, I weigh the price of the item, if it is over $300, I will frequently opt for the insurance!

I Think It could be a god deal. I wish I had bought one on my first streaming TV. I did on the second one. With electronics the way they are now better safe than sorry. I really hope I don't need It. But If I do Ity will be well worth the cost.
