This is my 3rd one. First one I lost second one did not want to charge third was a charm. This is my go to travel speaker wether on my scooter, or for vacation this thing is small, lightweight and easy to pack. Last a very long time on regular low levels and pretty decent time on full blast. Love how the bass is and have gotten many compliments on the sound quality.

I guess things kinda feel in place after I purchased the system and the ‘2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection’. A week later it went on sale $20 less, at same time I discovered the system has a 2 yr manfact. warranty, add that to the ‘Protection Plan’ I’m thinking 4 yrs coverage. How wrong I was. Via chat an agent kindly refunded my credit card $20, for price match. I also stated I saw the ‘GEEK Plan’ would expire 1 month after manfact. Warranty. Agent confirmed it ran concurrent to manfact. Warranty; it ‘ENHANCED’ the warranty with accidental coverage, at home repairs and accessories, not what I wanted. The agent refunded the ‘Protection Plan’, as well, back to my card. All over chat with no questions asked on system or warranty. So, I’ll take blame in part being that I AS-SU- ME’d the type of coverage. Otherwise nice system and from ordering system, over phone with local store agent to the credit cards refunds all with No Hassle, I’m all good with purchase. Will have to do some real thinking to purchase a ‘Geek Squad Protection’ in future.

It’s really great to have this insurance because when mine wasn’t working anymore and it was still before the 2 years they changed it and gave me a new one

I'm glad I have a standby Geek Squad repair but I'm hoping I never have to use it if so I hear their concise and a professional and know what they do doing I wish they could make it go louder is that the only part I'm just satisfied with it being a Sony and me paying what I paid and it advertising will Best Buy advertises that I have more bass bigger sound it doesn't but it's clear so it do the job I'm laying at the beach this summer or going from my house to the car and things of that nature it plays from my phone

I always buy the warranty and it helps whenever there is an issue. Geek Squad can generally fix the problem and when they can’t they quickly replace.

It is better to get wifi in the garage or something like that but it's not that big

I don't know where I'd be with out having this service. They are the best ! So patient with my explanation as to what is wrong. A good understanding as to what was going on and what Tech level to send me to regarding fixing the issue. I had this protection plan on my jbl speaker . It stopped working and they just replaced it at the store. No fussing or questioned asked , quick in and out process.
