Need this plan to proect your purchase. Great purchase. Great value for the money. Would recommend this purchase and would buy it again.

Haven't used it yet but i know it will come in handy when we need it. I always remember, things break when you need it not when it is not used- so protection is always welcome.

My last DVD player didn't want to play DVDs but thanks to the protection plan that I bought I was able to exchange it for the same item and didn't have to pay for anything else. Love it.

The protection plan is always great if you have to use it. I. This case it was covered under manufactures warranty but would have been taken care of outside the year.
