Haven't needed to try it out yet, but it seemed like a good idea to have insurance.

Go ahead if you want a "New refurbished phone" to replace yours if your screen gets cracked and they can't fix it. Plus a $200 deductable. They don't do right by their customers. Not to mention they don't even give a full refund! Complete waste of money!!!

I never end up using these protection plans and even if I did it's still so expensive if it covered for the lifetime of whatever I bought then it would be excellent but the two years and then you have to pay $250 just to replace is all the same

Protection plan is worthless. Does not cover anything.

Only reason I bought it was because best buy forced me to buy it in order to replace a phone that cracked at no fault of mine after only owing it for 24 hours.

Geek Squad Protection is wonderful. They have done everything from troubleshooting issues, removing unwanted apps, replacing hard drives, full service which has been excellent!

I have had the Geek Squad Protection for 2 terms now. Would not go without it. They have helped with something as simple as not being able to find a file and of course fixing the "green screen".

This is supported by the Geek Squad and has the same price as the Sprint Total Protection Package. The advantage is you can take it directly into the store if there is a problem.

Got this when I purchased my phone just in case anything happened, but nothing did, so I never actually had to use the Geek Squad services.

The Geek Squad protection plan is well worth the money. Best Buy makes it easy to return or exchange items if there are any problems.
