I hope to never use it, but the protection plans are great in the event you do need to use them. Haven't yet with this purchase but have used in the past. Price paid for protecting usually is better than having to repurchase brandnew.

Must have for my computers. Have multiple Mac's and needed help transferring data between computers. Any problems they will help.

Always think that on an expensive phone, I need phone breakage protection. Hopefully I wont have to use it, but if something happens, it is now going to cost me a lot less to either buy a new phone or try to fix the old one.

You just never know when an accident will happen. Kids, pets life can happen and damage an expensive item such as a tv.

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S8. I dropped it after only 3 days. Back of phone was cracked. Geek Squad protection replaced my phone with another one. Well worth the price I paid for the protection service!

The geek squad accidental drop and spill coverage is a great safety net for my new phone. like that fact that I was able to buy the 2 year coverage up front instead of increasing y monthly bill any higher

It's better than the phone carriers warranty. I've used it for other products hopefully won't need it anytime for my phone

But a little weird how they follow me around to catch the phone just in case I drop it. But hey, Sometimes piece of mind it worth a little sacrifice.

I wouldn't get the phone without it, but I'm not happy they put a deductible of $150 on it. Hopefully won't need to use the coverage.

Haven’t had to use the insurance on the phone yet, but have used Geek Squad on other products. It’s pretty self explanatory, your stuff breaks, it gets fixed without costing you an arm and a leg.

The technicians and sales person at the Samsung center were excellent ... knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . Since I had problems with my previous smart phone, I purchased the insurance on the Galacy S7.

I am a bit of a klutz sometimes, and I usually crack a screnn or break a mic a couple times within the protection plan period. SO glad to have this option.

There are not many items that I buy protection for but my phone is one that NEEDS protection. With the price of today's smartphone I felt it was a wise investment so I know no matter what my phone is covered.

Totally happy with the response from geek squad.. my laptop screen got damaged thank goodness i had gotten insurance. Geel squad took my laptop and quickly got back to me. Complete customer satisfaction!

This is the best warranty protection anyone could ask for. Out weighs any other warrant protection out in the market. I will never buy a warranty protection from any where else! Thanks geek squad!

Because this is first time I've leased a phone and one of my daughter's phones that we bought died before 2 years was up, I felt it was mandatory to take insurance on this deal.

We were told insurance was important for a phone we're paying for that we would have to replace. We later learned that there is a deductible also.

Lower priced phone protection than protection from Verizon. Have not used it so I can not offer a review of how it works when used for phone damage.

I have seen far too many cracked and destroyed phones to not have some kind of extended coverage on mine. Definitely prefer the GSP since I can have any Best Buy store I'm close to help me out with it.
