The Best plan that I could have purchased for the phone already there was an issue with the charger and they took care of it promptly.

Good for protection at a reasonable cost, especially prepay

I hope not to have to use the support on my product, but I feel they will come through if needed.

Geek Squad Protection Plan Exorbitant Fees

The fees associated with mobile device coverage are excessive. The up front cost of Geek Squad Protection is $159.99 for two years. This covers accidental damage, liquid damage, and malfunction. However, what was not explained thoroughly is that there is an additional $149.99 service fee for every claim made. Perhaps if you have a habit of using your device as a football, underwater, near strong electromagnetic fields this plan would be beneficial. However, as a fixed fee of roughly $310 I see little benefit when the device only costs roughly two times this much. If I had not purchased the insurance and had underwater electromagnetic pulse footballed my phone within 6 months I'm sure I would have kicked myself. I still don't see the long-term cost to benefit ratio being worth it. Shame on me for not thoroughly reading/understanding the fine print.
