ALWAYS buy a protection plan with any electronic device you purchase. They DO come in handy! The motor on my daughters Razor scooter went out just after a couple months of usage. Even tho Best Buy stopped selling these, they gave me a 100% refund for it.

Purchased a two year Geek Squad Plan for my Segway Ninebot escooter. When I went to ask a question about possibly repairing it, they did one better and let me return it and gave me back my money for the 2 year replacement plan. Thank you BestBuy and Geeksquad.

I have always bought the warranty on any of my products that I purchased from best buy. They treat you with respect and always handles any problems that might come up. Geek squad has never failed me. Depending on the product that you might be having problems with they are as easy as once they look at it and hear what's the problem they will tell you go grab another item or find a way to replace or fix it.

Have used the product replacement contract before on other items and it was well work the price. No hassles, product protection contract is listed under your account which means no trying to find paperwork in order to submit a claim. Excellent idea.

Geek squad has taken care of everything we've needed, after purchasing my child a hover board. I only buy my electronics from Best Buy because their warranty is great and I dont have to worry about losing my hard earned money.

I purchased 4 hover boards for Christmas. I am so glad I bought this warranty on the first 3. I have already replaced one of the boards x 2. Best Buy was great. No issues with replacing the defective brand of hover board. The warranty is good for 2 years. Really happy with purchase.

Haven't had to use yet, but bought this warranty for my daughter's hoverboard. I figure over the next 2 years there's bound to be something to happen to it. If not, then I got a solid quality hoverboard that will last well into the future and I'll get my money's worth out of it. If it breaks, got this handy dandy warranty that covers everything but abuse.

We got this hoverboard as a Christmas present for my 8 year old daughter. She likes this hoverboard and the way it lights up. It was very easy for her to ride and she gets a good amount of ride time. I would recommend this purchase.

This is geek squad service for any product that’s electronical. This service provides protection that would allow for products to be fixed by geek squad employees at no additional charge. Very helpful and would recommend for anyone who plains on keeping technology longer than two years.

I got this protection program just to be able to ride my scooter and if something happens u be cover 100% for 2 years. For things like this I will recommend to buy the extra warranty for extra peace of mind. No question ask when u have it. They just send u a new one to ur home. Awesome

Got this for my daughter's hover board which normally I don't do however this time around the hover board stopped working. I couldn't find the receipt however the store was able to locate my purchase and with the warranty they gave me full credit and I was able to get another one for my daughter

I got my granddaughter a hover board for her birthday and wanted the additional warranty to make sure any repairs would be covered. When I called the Geek Squad and explained it was for a gift, no problem! They said send the receipt to my daughter and as long as she has it, it's covered and I don't have to be there in person or call to authorize/approve its use! Good Job
