Replacement on any product, I have not use it yet….but when I first purchase the product it was not working

I haven’t claim to the squad department. I hope they keep word they said. Policy is very good but I will see when claim for it.

My grandson used it but it did not stay charged. We would charge it and it would loose its charge. We took it back to Best Buy and they gave us a credit for this purchase.

This is a warranty that you can buy. Best buy is not as good as Amazon with returns but this warranty brings them closer

Got it as a christmas gift. Kids jumped on it right away hitting everything...walls couch ect. Worth the protection plan

I wasn't sure if this was a good deal at first, but when my son needed computer repairs, I soon realized it is a great deal.

Again this is a peace of mind protection plan. I do recommend protecting your devices if they are not protected for most things.
