Geek Squad 2 Year Replacement is great! I purchased this with a Logitech Headset I purchased. Coincidentally enough, my headset stopped working right before the two-year mark and I was able to swap it for an ever better headset. I just paid the difference.

You can never go wrong with purchasing the Geek Squad service, especially on items that are purchased for kids/teenagers. I have replaced many items at minimal price. I replaced 4 sets of gaming headphones in less than a year. Much cheaper to pay $15 warranty than over $100 each time

No more storage problems!!! I finally got all my Xbox games transferred over to this drive from a 2 terabyte drive... this Seagate 8TB ate it like chocolate! Went through picked out a few games to play and awesome sauce!!! No runs, no drips, no errors! Flawless performance!

We purchased the geek squad replacement plan, and when our headset went out we just assumed they would fix it. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, they took our headset and gave us a brand new pair. The service was amazing and we were out the door in 10 minutes. Great job, Best Buy!

Good value for the money on this for the item I bought. That type of item is known to fail in the first 2 years under regular use, so this was my insurance policy to reduce future costs if I ran into trouble. No trouble yet :) Please check the reviews on this and other sites to see if this might benefit you. If a product is super reliable, or has a good manufacturer warranty then you may not need it. I purchase these only when the benefit outweighs the cost for each specific item..

I used the replacement plan once with my old car stereo I bought a few years ago at Best Buy. It was acting up a few months later, and it was no problem getting a replacement unit installed. So I don't hesitate to add it to my more expensive electronic purchases, it's a reasonable price as well.

I am very happy with the Geek Squad service. My cat liked laying on top of my router in order to stay warm. I can't say that this caused the router to start failing, but with the 2 year Geek Squad service, the cost I paid for the router went totally to upgrading a newer router.

I had a few products with Geek Squad two-year plan and they really died within two years (some of them within a few months), and Best Buy just replace me with a new one, no question asked. Fantastic! Will keep using this GSP when I want to try something that I don't know how long it'll last.

Geek Squad protection is a no brainer, especially the Replace Plan. Within 2 years, if you have any issues with your item, from normal wear and tear, dust, heat, humidity, power surge, etc., Best Buy will replace or issue store credit on what you paid. I get GSP on all of my purchases!

Depending on the item my husband and I always get the extra protection especially if it’s a wear and tear item and know it has potential to break or wear out quicker than usual. I also like that you go directly back to bestbuy and don’t have to deal with the MFG of the item!

I am very happy I bought the two-year Geek Squad protection on a high end keyboard I bought. They cheerfully refunded my purchase price and I bought a new Logitech high end keyboard from Best Buy. Has been working spot on since.

Geek squad is the absolute best protection service after buying a device. I've used other places and they've never worked how GS does. They replace what needs to be replaced, they spend so much time helping you on the phone, and its a great value for all that you get.

Geek Squad promptly provided a credit when my headset's headband cracked in half during the warranty period. I was able to use the credit towards a better Logitech headset which has been a wonderful replacement. Thanks to Geek Squad and Best Buy for standing behind their product offerings.

i bought the protection plan for my Steelseries arctis 7 Headset because even though they are really good, they are still like a mystery box and something might go wrong with them anytime!. 15$ to protect my 164$ headset for 2 years was worth it for me since it also covers normal wear !

The warranty assures that I am safe if something’s is wrong with my products. It’s a little bit more than the warranty at game stop but it’s for a year more so I definitely recommend buying your products from best buy instead. It’s easy to exchange your product when needed.

I don't typically get the replacement service for any product, but the price was greatly reduced due to my accumulated promo and Best Buy certificate points. The wireless Insignia keyboard and mouse bundle is a bargain on its own - especially out-of-box. Still, it's nice to have protection.

Always nice to have protection on your products in case of failure. Have had many products stop working on me and thanks to having geek squad protection I was easily able to bring product into store and have it swapped out.

I always liked Geek Squad Protection, mainly because your item can break and you can literally bring it into the store and replace it with a new one or they will fix it for you (Depending on the item you're covering). I always say better safe than sorry if you can afford it.

Geek squad product replacement has saved me so much over the years with equipment like controllers, keyboards and monitors. When budgeting for an item, I always include the cost of the Greek Squad replacement plan. Yes it is an upfront expense but over the years, but it is worth it!
