I got this geek squad service for the Segway because their service is horrible but Beat Buy will take care of any problems I might get.

I haven’t claim to the squad department. I hope they keep word they said. Policy is very good but I will see when claim for it.

This is a warranty that you can buy. Best buy is not as good as Amazon with returns but this warranty brings them closer

Got it as a christmas gift. Kids jumped on it right away hitting everything...walls couch ect. Worth the protection plan

I wasn't sure if this was a good deal at first, but when my son needed computer repairs, I soon realized it is a great deal.

Again this is a peace of mind protection plan. I do recommend protecting your devices if they are not protected for most things.

I always buy geek squad protection on my big purchases. If the item stops working Best Buy replaces it.
