I purchased the 2-year Geek Squad Product Replacement when I purchased a new Hp printer because I don't plan to put the printer into service for about 18 months. I couldn't resist buying the new printer, although my current printer works fine, because Best Buy was offering it at such an excellent price. I want to be sure that if it doesn't work when I do set it up I can get it replaced - this is especially important because the Hp warranty is 12 months. Although I haven't used the Geek Squad plan and hope I don't have to, I feel better knowing it's there if I need it.

I've had my last printer for almost a year and bought the geek squad 2 year replacement with it. I had some problems with my printer as it started acting up, wouldn't shutdown most of the time, and when it did, it took a long time to get it to come back on. I took it to my local Best Buy store and the geek squad checked it out and replaced it with a new printer. Now have their protection on it and would not do without it!

Overall I Love the Protection Plan. It is great for me that travels and takes electronics almost everywhere. It is a very convenient plan when the customer service representatives interpret and use common sense when having to use the coverage plan. The reason I say this is because I had an instance with one of my products that the representatives were very picky and continued to deny my repair and eventually replacement.

Great printer and scanner. The printer quality is amazing! The scanner works good too. The software to install and use the printer is much harder to use than my old printer/scanner (HP). However, once you install it, you have a lot more options (higher quality prints & scans). I would still recommend this because of the printer and scanner quality. Great product.

The first time I became familiar with the Geek Squad was when I bought my all in one computer and I got a special Geek Squad package deal. I have purchased the Geek Squad protection 3 other times after that and every time I have had friendly and professional help with fixing any issues I have had. Even over the phone.

I purchased this 2 year protection plan for a new printer I sent with my daughter off to college. I wasn't sure how the printer would fare in the dorm environment. Fortunately, I haven't had to use the protection plan, but for $10, it is definitely worth the peace of mind!

I previously owned an HP All In One. After speaking with the gentleman at Best Buy, not only was this a good move but very economical. Very easy to set up. I love that I can print from any where using my phone, tablet or PC. Also very quick printing. Beautiful results.

I'd heard that Best Buy's garanty program was good, but I never thought it would be this good. Not only did they returned the money I paid for my printer, but they returned the money I paid for the garanty itself. I was really impressed and satisfied.

I had the product replacement plan on my last printer and it was great. When the printer stopped working after 15 months, I brought it in and they gave me a new one for free. Well actually I chose to upgrade so I paid a little more. It was worth it.

Everyone will need it sometime if they own a computer. This was so helpful when I had technical issues I couldn't resolve. The service is quick, easy, with great customer service from agents. I recommend.

I am more than happy that I chose to get the Geek Squad Protection Plan. They have been very helpful and I always get my answers and problems cleared up. This was a great investment on my part.

With every purchase for me or my kids, especially my kids, I get the plan to go with it. If it breaks, which usually happens with my boys, I can go get another replacement for them. Great peace of mind.

Purchased for my father's new headphones (Logitech H800 USB Wireless Headset with Noise-Cancelling Microphone Black 981-000337) and hopefully will not need to use it, but glad it's available just in case.

It's very reassuring to have this support. I'm often lost with computer and tech issues and knowing I won't have to spend my day searching the internet for answers is a great relief.

I purchased the protection plan for a product that is portable and may get banged up a bit. My experience with Best Buy protection plans has been great and I highly recommend them for most products.

You never know when you may need this protection, especially when you buy something you will use constantly and caused quite a bit of money. It's worth the extra money to purchase.

Warranty is well worth securing your products so that if something ends up happening its a quick easy fix for them or they will replace the product for you

I recently use the Geek Squad replacement on my copier. They didn't have the same copier so I upgrade to the nest best one and only paid the difference!!!

Having extra protection never hurts. If I ever haveva p roblem, it is nice to know someonee with experience has my back.

No Questions asked they always fixed my problem. My printer broke and still was in this service and was able to replace it!
