    I bought this Coverage for my Bose SoundLink iii and I haven't looked back since. Ive taken my bose soundlink everywhere from camping, pool sides, sandy beaches, all without worrying about my product. If something goes wrong BestBuy will replace it free of charge. Love the coverage

    Amazing Galaxy Buds! I chose the black earbuds. They fit really well in my ear. It has awesome sound quality, it really cancels out noise. Touch control is convenient. I have had them for 3 years now.

    I really can't help but appreciate having the extra protection on my devices. There have been times when I didn't have to take advantage of the protection plan, but the handful of times that I did, they have been worth it. I've had to replace one TV when the bottom part of the TV became pixelated, and upgraded to a better TV when they couldn't repair my old one. I also had to replace a remote control when it became hard to press the buttons. I also exchanged for a better keyboard case for my tablet. I've also sent my tablet for repairs when it got damaged, and it came back brand new. It may take a long time, but they kept me updated throughout the whole time, and let me know the progress. There are some things that aren't covered, so I would advise making sure to read the fine print just in case. But overall, this protection plan has allowed me to be comforted and not stress about my devices, knowing that I have the ability to protect them for an added price that is well worth it.

    Best Money I EVER Spent! My Geeks are fabulous!

    No matter what’s going on in my life my ADD always gives me a challenge in this new “everything automated” world! My Geeks are always there to keep me on track! They quickly know the proper adapter to whatever you need. They even help you shop open box stuff on line. Now with coved 19 I can try their on line helpers to help keep me in the loop. They also put in an under the counter microwave and I really appreciate the extra counter space and removal of the range lid. These guys are tech gods! Let them help you Tech-redeem your life! Just make a list of things your stuck on and they will help you get those pesky “Honey Do’s” off your list with a pro on the other side watching you with a mirror screen! Priceless!

    BestBuy has the absolute best product replacement program available. Hands down best. If you're buying something like headphones that you are physically handling often, its worth the extra coverage cost. Things that are not physically handled or typically break from daily usage like TVs may not be worth the extra cost. TVs made these days typically don't break within the first 3 years. Major appliance like high tech refrigerators are a very good to purchase the extended warrantee as I have used a claim on these. BestBuy has never given me a hard time when making a claim. They are always eager to assist with any problems. Also... if you are a Total Tech Support subscriber (which is another great service offering from BestBuy), you get a discount on all product replacements. This often in itself pays for Total Tech Support yearly subscription fee.

    I forgot what I got this for but I can tell you that the last one I used to fix a broken TV, Was totally awesome. The Inverter went on the TV, First off I bought the TV for a great deal of 600.00. But I had to buy the plan for it. After about 22 months the Inverter went and I activated the plan. Come to find out the Inverter was going to cost more than the TV was worth so they refunded me 425.00 bux. and I sold the broken TV, (It was not broken as it did work some of the time) for 100.00 bux on craigslist of course I laid out that it was messed up. So now I got almost my entire original purchase cash back well I went to buy another TV and was able to get one for about 250.00, So it was a Win Win for me all around.

    Saved me from having to buy new headphones

    My Bose sound sports got to the point that I could only listen to them for 45 min on a full charge - I use them multiple times everyday. This saved me as I was about 6 months past my warranty period with Bose. Got a brand new pair at no cost to me. I did have to buy another replacement plan, but the cost of that is well worth it. In theory, I am only paying 20% of the product cost a time to ensure I will have a working product for the next two years….. HIGHLY recommend for expensive electronics that you use daily.

    BEST WARRANTIES

    Whenever I make a purchase, I check Best Buy first. If they sell it I can guarantee you I will purchase it at Best Buy and with every purchase I make I purchase my warranty. It's ease of mind, if it breaks you can take it back and no worries on keeping your receipt, it is all in the computer. And best of all at Best Buy they don't make you feel like a child or like a criminal. I learned this the hard way when I purchased my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator at SEARS. I bought my 5yr warranty from them for $800 and when my refrigerator that I had for only 1year needed to be fixed Sears gave me the run around telling me they couldn't find my purchase in their system and that I needed proof. They told me they would be happy to send out a technician for $95.00 and more than likely fixing it would be more expensive, so it would be best if I just purchased a new one. I had to do my own investigating because I did not have my original receipt, after 2days I found proof, however, I wasted my time. With Best Buy all your receipts are stored in their computers and you don't have to worry about them missing when you need it.

    I USUALLY HATE BUYING PRODUCT PROTECTION AKA EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE MANY OF THE TIMES I DO NOT HAVE THE NEED TO REPLACE OR FIX, WHICH IS A GOOD THING RIGHT? BUT WHEN THAT TURNS TO MONEY THAT WENT TO WAIST, THEN THATS WHERE IT TURNS TO A LOSS. AT BESTBUY I LOVE THEIR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN BECUASE OF THE EASE OF USE. THE FACT THAT I COME INTO THE STORE WITH MY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, GET A STORE CREDIT WHICH I CAN APPLY TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF SAME OR BETTER PRODUCT IS A BARGAIN! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT

    JLab GSP worth the insurance of heavy use device

    GSP I got this for the JLab headphones wireless with a wire . I have peace of mine that if there is a problem with the unit that Bestbuy will be there for the life of the warranty. I highly recommend GSP with your heavily used or travel products. It has saved me thousands of dollars over the years with the combine products that I have purchased. You never know if the one product is a lemon or prematurely wears out. At least you know that you can replace it or exchange it. I bike ride with these in the elements. It’s good that I have the GSP.

    I would recommend this service for any item that you have regular physical contact with, such as headphones, controllers, laptops, cellphones, keyboards, mice, and anything else that has the potential for accidental damage, because without it, you are out of luck if anything happens. I would personally not recommend this for things such as appliances, (TVs, Refrigerators, Washing/Drying machines) because there is less of a chance that something bad could happen to them.

    I purchased a pair of Bose QuietComfort 25 headsets and after 20 months of usage the left speaker stopped working. I was immediately relieved when I remembered that I had purchased an extended program (I have to thank my wife for forcing me to get the program since I'm such a skeptic when it comes to such things!), however, it would be my first time putting it to use so I wasn't sure what to expect. Nevertheless, I took them to BestBuy with no box, no manuals, no nothing, just the headphones themselves. After explaining the problem, they immediately gave me a brand new headset in the box that had never been opened. But my story gets better! Since the newer QuietComfort 35s were out, I asked if I could swap my brand new 25s for the 35s and just pay the $50 difference and they said yes! When I was asked if I wanted to buy the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for the new headset, I said heck yes!

    Oh my - what sound!

    I lusted after this box from the first time I saw it in Best Buy, without even hearing it, because I've been in bands for 40 years & I know I like the Marshall sound (and look)! I pulled the trigger after getting a bonus at work & I can't think of a better way to have spent it. The sound is crystal clear with fantastic bottom end. I almost wish it DIDN'T have bass & treble tone controls because these make the potential sound variants near infinite and at times I have trouble forcing myself to quit playing with the knobs in search of the "perfect" sound. Actually I've found that if I make myself leave each control centered most material sounds just fine. The Stanmore can easily get fiance-annoyingly loud, without distorting. And the myriad of connection options, including optical, is a real bonus. I almost went for the Stanmore's smaller brother (I forget its name) but I decided I preferred the Stanmore's bigger sound than a battery-operated option. This one's a keeper!

    While I haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad Product Replacement, I've used every other one I've purchased for every other headphone/earphones I've bought. Maybe that says something about the Jaybird Tarah Pros that I have used the replacement but it was a HUGE relief every other time I had something go wrong with other earphones. Hassle-free and great customer service. As in, yes I see the problem too -let me start the process while you go look for your replacement product. Well worth the money!!

    I always loved Geek Squad no questions replacement. Every time there was an instance where my product did not work for whatever reason I take it back to BB and they usually say go and pick out another one. Worth the money for the security.

    Always ask whether it's a repair or replacement plan. Anything that is an instant replacement it well worth the money. Not a fan of the repair option plans. I don't want my item to be repaired and then just last long enough to be out of warranty.
