I ran over my earpiece with my car, took it in, got it replaced immediately by a new one in store. It was quick and simple and they didn't hold me up with any attempt to repair it. Just be aware that the replacement plan expires when you use it. For example, you can't replace the same thing twice without paying for another plan. I recommend this for small devices that are likely to break like headphones or other personal electronics.

Have purchased these in the past, and to be honest, its a gamble as guess if a product will die or not. Most of the time, I'd say 95% of the time, you won't use the extended warranty, but if that 5% shows up, you'll be glad you had it. I had it on a Pioneer Elite Receiver, and it was failing. took it, with 1 day to spare, and they fixed it up, updated firmware, and i was a happy camper. The other times i've purchased the extended warranty, I've never used. I'd recommend purchasing on items over $175, but under, i wouldn't, as I consider those items to be disposable.

I always purchase these plans on most portable devices, but especially these blue tooth earpieces. I travel a great deal for business and am dependent on my phone, which makes the blue tooth device a necessity. The BBY replacement plan covers most common failures and is easy to use when the need arises. No matter the city or store BBY always honors their program. Great product, supported by great service.

They have cleaned up several computers for me. They know what they are doing. They also take time to answer any questions before or after the service. I used the service so much last year that I renewed my service contract for this year. This is a must for people who are not a geek and don't have access to a teen who can press a few buttons and everything is working. They are my life line...Thanks....

All my appliances were vreaking down at the same time: the laptop, tv, smartphone, and etc. My tv wasn’t even a year old yet. I digned up for 2 year agreement for peace of mind. It is an excellent investment.

Very easy to use coverage. Was able to get the issues with my pods resolved quickly and conveniently.

Purchasing this plan is worth it. You don't have to return anything over the mail an pay for shipping. Or wait for that process. You can go into the store an get refunded the money paid for the product, have it put on a merch card.. Or if you want to upgrade the product you had the plan on. You can place the amount paid on a merch card an use it toward the upgrade. An all you have to do is pay the price difference.

Energizer 30,000 30W Possible Battery draining issues. I swear it fell from 85% too fast I went to sleep with this at 64%, (testing stage) I woke up, it stopped charging my samsung. My samsung was sitting at 52%. The Energizer had dropped from 64%-20% within my 5 hours sleep. I blinked for a second, then it fell to 5%. It took me a few days to pick the. Was between this or Anker. They both had good and bad reviews. I suggest if you buy any of these Energizer packs. Check tge charge at every level as i am as some parts of the battery on the lower end may be having issues.

Geek Squad Product Replacement plans are well worth the money, as long as you're okay with the possibility of paying a deductible depending on the product. As always, it's very important to read the fine print and make sure that you understand the terms and conditions.

This is definitely worth having if anything goes wrong.

Great insurance to have for our products!! The geek squad is it a very well service to have. Everytime that my products damaged, I now that, they will help me to fixed.

I like geek squad protection plan so if anything goes wrong, I can take it to them and they can help me out and fix it

I Always purchase geek squad service on all my major purchases…. They are always there to help you with anything you need help with and they are also extremely professional… well in my experiences they have been.. look it’s better to have the protection then to not is what I say :) Don’t be sorry for not getting geek squad….. so just purchase it…

Best coverage out there. I only purchase from bestbuy becuase of the insurance.

The staff are very on the job, having a chat with them and showing them the issue results in an answer or resolution most of time, not all issues apply of course.

i bought it on my bluthoots and two remotes when one of my remotes stop working i took it back to best buy and told them it stop working they gave me no problems got me a new one right away i have two vary good remotes that to expensive to just go purchase over again so i bought the geek squad repair or replace the remotes i bought was the harmony 650 i have two of them i was happy that i had purchase the plan on them don't hesitate to buy it on items like this
