Unless you understand computers in and out-I recommend this service. They do charge a reasonable fee to come to your home, but it is worth it to me. I used the already on my new HP. Basically it was things (new) that I did not understand, and these guys got everything fixed.

we have purchased this product in the past and are extremely pleased with the peace of mind. This product gives you 24/7 phone support and we have used this on more than one occasion. also, if needed they have the capability of "taking over" your computer and fixing it remotely.

They did a remote to get my external dvd/cd drive to operate, however in another remote for Windows 10 Yahoo mail, they were not able to get it to work. I then went to Google Chrome to access Yahoo mail. Geek counter people were not as good locally as the Geek counter people at the Best Buy in our neighboring town. Guess all Geeks are not alike.

My last all in one crashed an burned just after the warranty that came with it ended. The Geek Squad support package was a great investment. I brought in my all in one, the geek squad looked up my service package and it said I could upgrade my computer for free...lucky me!

I would still have a handy dandy computer repair service number stored in my cell phone. You have renew service yearly or can pay for three years up front. I would also purchase protection gear for items which would avoid laptop being broken . I would enforce the rule of no liquids or food around devices .

the extended warranty is a good deal for your money .if you happen to get a product that has a problem outside of the regular warranty .best buy has been great for me in the past for a product i had fail after 2 yes=ars and i was satisfied with their assistance.

I am so happy I bought this protection. The geek Squad is awesome. I really like the fact they can fix most any issue without me having to pack everything up and taking it to the store. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and very knowledgeable.

I purchased the exchange policy on the first one and was able to exchange after 4 months. Hope this works better. Do appreciate Geek Squad's FREQUENTLY needed support. Shouldn't need these kinds of assurance but I don't have to live with a faulty product.

Great customer service plan in home, in store or on line support. Some times have to wait a while on line but will fix what's wrong ang check system out and update as necessary. Costs extra to come to home but depending on problem is worth it.

I have been a member for four years. I have used the geek squad about six times. They use remote handling and fix my computer as I sit by and drink a cup of coffee. I have not run into a situation that they haven't been able to fix

Get this service and if its time for a computer tune up, just contact Geek Squad and they will do it while you sit back at home and you can watch every move they make. Once done, your computer will run much faster.

Had a problem connecting to the internet with the new system. Called Geek Squad, and they were able to determine that I had bad ports on the back of my router - something the cable company was unable to determine on the previous call - and it was a router owned by the cable company! Thanks guys!

I bought this Geek Squad protection plan for a CyberPower PC that I ordered through Best Buy. I like that if something happens to my PC, I can go through Best Buy for parts and replacement rather than having to go through CyberPower.

Well, I hope that I won't haven to use the support from GSQD, but if i have to then I hope that they will give me the promised support needed. Overall price seemed fair to someone like me that is not-so-green, yet needs occasional help.

I cannot understand while anyone would not take advantage of this service. The Geek Squad has saved my a** many times in the past. They are great to work with in person at the store and are very patient and helpful when you need to call.

Have always had this protection for all my computers. Would not have a computer without I. Anytime I have a problem with my computer I bring it in and they take care of my problems completely. Great value for the money. Well worth it.

I had a PC less than two weeks when the MB had a failure. Geek Squad gave me a new identical PC after swapping the HD between the two PC so I kept my data and programs intact. Great service and I enrolled to keep it available.

This was the best thing we did when getting our new computers. We have had problems with both and we called Geek Squad and they fixed us up. Both techs we dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable. Best money we've spent.

My son has broken several computers, I bought geek squad with his laptop, and had it fixed perfectly a number of times. I also bought this protection with our new desktop. Its a good service and has proven to be worth the cost.
