Since I bought my Surface Pro 4 I've had to use the plan twice. Both times were my own clumsiness, and my issues were taken care of very quickly. The service folks were professional and competent.

Great geek squad service, I usually buy geek squad service for all my electronics because you never know what can happen.

I can always go to them if I have a question and their policy is good if they need to replace your item and they don't make it anymore then they will give you the newest model that's comparable!

I was having "phantom touches" on my SP3 and it would have had to be replaced to fix it. But since it was old I was able to trade it in with a Surface Pro 4. It was very simple and easy.
