      I never regret getting the 2 year plan. Manufacturers usually only offer 1 but with Best Buy Geek Squad, I can take it in and have a solution that day - for 2 years, without a penalty.

      My Kindle beat me down the stairs...needles to say, screen had a bad crack...took back from whence it came and got a new one...recommend warranty to everyone...worth the price.

      Purchased the two year accidental geek squad protection. Accidental coverage is a must for a Surface Pro 4 for a college student. Included with the protection is a free battery replacement.

      Definitely always get there protection. It's so worth it. They will replace if needed without any problems. Definitely get for all electronics.
