I love this program, I am not really tech savy and the new Tvs are much smarter than I. Whenever I have a problem with my Sony Bravia and my Samsung Qled I just call and they come out and fix the problem for me. Usually its not the Tv, just the lack of knowledge of the user. LOL

I always buy the protection plan for major appliances it comes in handy I replaced the a 65 inch Vizio that stopped working right before the warranty ran out

So far my expert with geek squad has been ok, I haven’t had any issue with getting things repaired and fixed.

It's when you think that nothing will happen with my purchase, suddenly something happens ans you wished you would have added protection. ALWAYS GET GEEK SQUAD!!

My wife and I purchased this tv with 5 year geek squad protection. The protection gives me peace of mind on a large purchase and to me it is definitely worth it whether I need their services or not.

Sometimes you just can't trust the product quality today and I couldn't for the TV I purchased but it is rated as one of the best TVs at its price point with some caveats should you be one of the unlucky ones who gets a lemon. Best Buy extended warranties are however more expensive than the competition.

Brought a protection plan with our 65 inch tv and so far we haven’t had a problem.

Purchase the Geek Squad protection service as an insurance policy for my 75" TV... just in case something would go wrong as it's mounted on my den wall. There is nothing like having insurance when buying a extra large TV that's mounter of the wall.

I bought this to install my laptop hard drive. It made it easy they transferred the system from the old one and did all the installations. Something came loose 6 months the after I brought the laptop back in they fixed it with no charge. I'm a welder and a mechanic i do not work on PC anything this coverage was worth every penny

Hope its never needed but its a great protection plan over the standard manufacturers warranty at a unbeatable price.

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

After purchasing a Samsung 65 inch TV, I wanted it to be professionally calibrated. The calibration tech came to my house and calibrated my TV in about an hour. It looks AMAZING!!! Very professional. Highly recommended.

Hopefully something we will not have to use! But you don't want to be stuck without it these days!

I have had the protection plan and used in the past had no problem, they fixed my problem. The plan did what I wanted it to do very happy.

I’m glad about the Best Buy’s Geek squad; 2 -year protection plan, for my new Samsung TV. The comfort of knowing that my 58- inch 4K HDL will be taken care of completely and in capable capable hands of the Geek squad technicians.

I usually go both ways on insurance type plans, but Best Buy Geek Squad is worth every penny. My tv needed replacement within the time and they literally put the purchase price on a gift card for me to buy the new tv I wanted. A+ for customer service.
