Bought this because my other Blu Ray player took a giant poop right before the warranty ran out and Samsung told me to go youknowwhat myself. This one is a Sony. Take that, Samsung!!

Had an issue with my T.V they came out took it off the wall replaced an item in the back and hung it back up, no charge. Has worked great ever since. Very happy with the service.

I get my vaccum covered for 4 years for 14.99!! This is awesome. That means all the trouble for trying to fix it I could just send in to Geek Squad. No trying to fix it myself because at some point it breaks down.. they all do.

After purchasing Geek Squad protection on our Dyson Vacuum and needing to return the first one for a broken drive motor, repurchased a second plan to protect the new model.

Glad to have the warranty if any problems come up. So far, nothing has gone wrong and I'm happy to have the extra insurance once the manufactures warranty ends

I never buy anything at Best Buy without also buying their protection plans. Their customer service is exemplary and the peace of mind is invaluable.

Anything goes wrong at any time, and you can take it back! Don't need to have the box, the wrapping...nothing! Forget what you've read about how it's not worth it and that it's the company's way of ripping you off. It's not!

My first purchase with a product was defective, and upon exchange, I was told that having a protection plan will extend the warranty (which is piece of mind). Best Buy provides a great opportunity to protect your investment!!

Buy it. Do not hesitate. There is no reason to not get it. I love Best Buy plans. You will get a replacement that day if they have what you want in the store!

lasted 4 years but i bought the warrantee and replacing today for newer model, but we loved it that we are purchasing the new model

I highly recommend buying Geek Squad protection plans. They are easy to use and have had to return items and Best Buy was able to replace the device with no issues.

I add insurance to my vacuum just in case of fail or stop working, you never know when you gonna use it. The store suggest me so I think couple minutes and I said ok let's see what happen later.
