It would be foolish to not purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan for your device. The one time I did have an issue with a camera lens...they completely replaced it for me with a newer model. I just payed the slight difference. These plans are well worth it! The team members are incredibly knowledgeable and there when you need them!

I purchased a geek squad service plan. It was on a Blu-ray player that I had purchased. The Blu-ray player failed after a period of time. I brought it to geek squad and they took care of me 100%. Very satisfied customer.

The agents easily applied the protection for a new DVD player when the old one became defective. They kept me up-to-date on the delivery of a new o9ne.

I like the geek squad. They were very helpful in helping me hooking up my computer and when I broke my computer they were very helpful. They helpful on helping me to pick out a new computer when mine could not be fixed and when they came and helped me set up my new computer (second computer).

Have no idea what I purchased for this. So I’m assuming it’s ok. These guys are pretty good. I bought a 4K player and it would freeze on me. Finally took it to these guys twice and they gave me my money back. After the third try they give you your money back.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad Protection on the item purchased in 2022, but have used it on a large-screen TV and was very satisfied with it. As they say, they we fix the item, replace it, or provide a credit. It's a great deal for some peace of mind.

When something goes wrong you can always take it to the store where you get a gift card for the amount you paid or another like item.

I have not had to use this yet but it is definitely a plus to have. I used it on my old v6 which I had for three years or so before the battery died out and geek squad covered the cost. So I went and bought the same v7 upgraded model and it is great so far. I say always go with coverage cuz you never know.

This is my third Panasonic 4k blue ray player any issues replaced.

I have had some issues with setting up , had the the geek squad come out and they are the best made everything look easy ,they also explained to me quit a few things I didn't know which made it even better . A lot of thanks to the geek squad .

For higher price items I've always bought extended warranties from BEST BUY. They have great customer service and and support with these warranties if you ever have an issue during the warranty period you purchase....

This is excellent protection for products. The agents easily explained and applied my protection for a new item when the old one broke.

I bought this 2 year Geek Squad protection for a Sony Blu-ray player I bought my daughter. It feels good not to have to worry with something going wrong. I highly recommend this plan to everyone.

I believe that everyone should have The Geek Squad behind them when they purchase an item, regardless of what it is!

I get the Geek Squad plan on most items purchased at Best Buy for ease of mind and faster handling of things that go wrong. It is easier than packaging and mailing. Also, I find the Geek Squad people are easier to work with than 800 number warranty representatives elsewhere.

While I have bought these Protection plans on higher priced items over the years, I rarely have had to use them. So glad I did get the plan though when something breaks and Best Buy fixes and or replaces the item with no hassle 99% the time. I only left off one star for the simple reason that I almost never get to use the plan. I take care of my stuff and guess have had good luck.

I gave five stars for the value. I only get extra protection on more expensive item, so this is just peace of mind.
