I spent more on my TV than I ever had previously, so I wanted to get a good warranty to go with it. With 4 years of Geek Squad protection, I can rest easy that if something goes wrong,-mthey’ll take care of it in timely fashion.

Every time I call Geek my problems get resolved. I have never had a bad experience with the tech's. The tech's have been very patient and explains everything. The Geek installers are very neat and they explain everything on the work that they did at my home.

I normally dont get this, but when i heard the benefits i was like why not. Thankfully nothing has gone wrong, but if anything does i have this to ease my mind.

Geek Squad protection usually provides value, as electronics can be finicky. I always check the manufacturers warranty to see if i am actually gaining any advantage with the Geek Squad warranty. I have usually gotten pretty good value fom my Geek Squad protection plans.

I can sleep at night knowing my expensive Sony 4K Blu-ray player will be taken well care of if anything should happen to it. I hope I never have to use it but it's nice to know I have the insurance that the geek squad will come through and get it running like brand new

I got 4 years protection for my 4k UHD blue-ray player for $20. $5 dollars per year. You can't go wrong with the Geek Squad Protection. I used it several times already without any problems. In one case, I got a BB card for a 4k monitor which went bad. Always recommend.

The Geek squad guys (2) setup my tv and all connection done timely and fast. I am pleased with overall experience.

4 year Geek Squad protection. I am assuming it is a good warranty, haven’t had the opportunity to use the warranty yet. However, the other customer reviews speak highly of the warranty. We will see.

The extended warranty is worth every penny - no worries for the next 4 years - an extra 5 $ took the warranty from 2 years to 4 years Money well spent.

Geek squad took care of my faulty 4k player and gave me a store credit for about half of what I paid after about 2 years of use. Support was helpful and communicative. I took off a star for the 50% refund.

Brought in LG dvd/blue ray player for repair. I had the extended warranty on it. When I got it back it still wasn't working. The folks at Geek Squad were so nice and without hesitation gave me store credit for the amount I had paid. That's why I shop here!

I feel that the 2-year warranty will come in handy in the event that we have a problem with the DVD player.

So far haven’t had to use the geek squad yet. But it gives me peace of mind for anything I own, knowing it’s covered.
