This unit is a beast. I purchased a more expensive unit for myself (with 520 watts) and this unit for my sister. I set up this Insignia unit and compared it to mine, side by side. I am really happy with my soundbar, but the sound on the Insignia is also good. I wish the Insignia came with an HDMI connector. It does have RCA connectors (Red and White) that you can connect to the back of your TV. Most TVs can connect that way. You can also connect with an Optical cable, for $20, if you prefer. My sister was impressed with the sound.

Everyone on the Geek Squad have been so helpful answering my numerous questions. I come in several times to purchase replacement items and research future purchases. They know when to stay nearby and when to let me wander about uninterrupted.

Geek squad protection eases your mind if something were to go wrong with my product

Had a TV with this coverage. Had a problem with it and called service. Still had 1 month left on my 2-year plan. They first offered la freel replacement but that model wasn't available. They offered the full amount I paid initially toward any TV they had. Just so happened a bigger, newer TV was on sale for $22 more. I paid the difference, they delivered the new one, returned the old one and I'm one happy puppy. Even got the 5-year plan on the new TV. I really like the way they handled this problem. You will, too! I really recommend!

I received excellent service from Best Buy's Geek Squad department. The technician quickly determined that the monitor had a major failure and it had been flagged as a problem LG product. They were no longer handling that model even though I had just bought it less than 90 days earlier. The tech helped me select a replacement model. There really was only one choice with a higher resolution monitor. It was not 4K but the tech said I would not be able to tell any difference. He was right. The QHD resolution is very good and I can not tell any difference compared with the 4K, but I definitely notice how much better these higher rez monitors are for small font rendering which is important to me.

One word; Professional. Don't let the name Geek or BestBuy imply that they don't know appliances or service. Our purchases were delivered on time by the Geek SQUAD. Their delivery personal i.e. Geek Squad, kept me informed by phone and e-mail every step of the way. Even called when they were 1/2 hour away so we would be ready. They took all the boxing and wrapping material with them and hooked our appliances up. Well worth the extra charge to let them hook it up and test it to make sure it works properly. Salesman in the store was also very helpful and helped us make sure we were getting the best deal available by checking on line for us, right in front of us. They sent a survey back after the service and I give them an A+++++ rating.

Geek squad has been really good to us we have them check our pcs, printers, or sound equipment.

The Geek squad trouble shot my connection issue of my new TV to my existing surround sound system quickly and fixed the issue.

As I said in previous reviews, I am lucky enough to have not needed to use this coverage yet, but I am happy to have it there should I need to utilize it in the future. Geek squad is very knowledgeable and competent in knowing how to fix the problem. Should you need to use them for any issues that arise, I highly recommend getting the extra coverage whether you're purchasing a product for yourself or under your Best Buy business account.
