I always purchase a Best Buy protection or extended warranty on just about all my appliances and high end electronics I purchase from Best Buy. I have not regret it once. Most times, I never have to use it but the few times I have, Best Buy protection or extended warranty support have been good to me and supported my purchase. I will continue to purchase each type of warranty on my purchases from Best Buy.

Decent bass for the size. Remote doesn’t have a button for voice mode which is irritating - you have to do a combination of buttons to turn it off/on. If you get it on sale it is a good buy.

With my purchase of my JBL Party Box the Squad recommended a protection plan for it. I normally don’t for items I purchase thinking the 1 year was Fine. After they asked my plan for it how could I not get? At the ball fields with a bunch kids 9 months out of the year. 4 year plan in place now and covers it all! Thanks!

TV is still new. Haven't had to use it yet and hope I won't but it is there if I need it. Got the TV at a hundred dollars off so put that savings of that toward the purchase price just in case. It looks as if it covers most anything and will come to the house to service if need be.

I purchased this with my soundbar system as a backup because I bought the system at almost half off because it was open box and I didn't want to have to pay full price if something went wrong. A couple years after owning it the wireless surround speaker and subwoofer failed to connect. I brought it in, it was sent to a repair facility in Chicago. Within 3 days of turning it in I received an email that it was not repairable and to go to the store for a new one. The regular sale price had increased since I first bought it but I was still given a brand new replacement at no charge. It was worth every penny!

I HAD TO RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER ALMOST 4 YEARS AND IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE AMAZING GEEK SQUAD 4 YEAR WARRANTY THEN I WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RETURN MY PRODUCT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND THANK YOU AGAIN GEEK SQUAD.
