It's nice to have protection incase a device fails

It doesn't really cover that much. Too expensive. But, you kinda have to have it.

I had an amplifier installed on the back of the back seat of my Mini Cooper. The installer had said he had left enough black on the cables so that I could still fold the seat down. A year later when I folded the sit down for the first time the RCA cable broke off inside of the amplifier. I called the hotline and I was told to just go to the Best Buy and they would fix it. I drive to my local Best Buy where I had it installed and they said there was nothing they could do about it because they currently did not have an installer working there and that I would have to drive an hour to another store to have them fix it. I definitely would never buy the protection plan if I purchase anything else from Best Buy

Good to use gift card and get points for that. Wish points can be used for best buy gift.

My experience depends on who and what kind of attitude the person has but 80% time is terrible service and nothing gets fixed
