I love Best Buy service but I actually only bought this dishwasher because I needed to replace my old one and they are the only one that fits the opening in my cabinet. This is my third replacement in 15 years. It’s a cheaply made machine and the plate racks rust and bend easily. Clips holding things together are cheap plastic and snap off or crack and break. A very costly mistake for us.

bought 2 units, It's just an okay unit... I think there are much better unit out there with much lower price.

Also no light when cycle finishes. Odd racks, but getting used to them.

Love my fischer and paykel dishwasher. Its just the right size for me.

Replacement for my 20 year old same size and make.

So far not very pleased. It holds a lot less dishes than you think. Am already having problems with it and have had to call Best Buy, the manufacturer and the appliance repair company they use. Couldn’t get the repair guy to come in but am hopeful that the issue gets resolved sooner than later.

Beware of this dishwasher. The first dishwasher was dented around the edges. The replacement was also dented - like someone shot a BB gun at it. The third and fourth one also dented. Now waiting on dishwash five. Am hoping they will inspect it before sending out for delivery. There is obviously some sort of production issue or Best Buy is selling units that did not pass quality inspection. I bought this same dishwasher a few years ago for our guest house and it is in perfect condition - no dents. I have complained to Best Buy but they refuse to do anything about it. They offered me $100 lol. It’s a real shame because otherwise is a great unit.

BUYER BEWARE! I have had this for almost a month and it’s been the worse dishwasher I have ever owned and the most expensive one by a long shot. Dishes are never ever dry no matter how perfectly placed or what option you run it on. The dishes are ALWAYS covered in dried up soap and I have always used “finish rinse aid”. I also practically make everything I put in it clean already. I always get any and all food off of everything and have always used dishwasher as a sanitizer after scrubbing and washing them for the most part. Still they do not get clean in this dishwasher. Every other dishwasher I have owned has left everything spotless. I highly advise against this dishwasher!
