2 line phones are hard to find for a good price. This phone works as an extension to the phone we already had. Easy setup. Clear reception. Overall, 2 lines phones are overpriced - within that context, the phone had a decent price.

Sound quality is not the best but it has good range and very easy setup

Need expandable multi-line phone. This unit works well for a business needing a two-line phone system.

This phone is an addition to a four phone system. It provides not bad quality for a good price. However, the phones tend to start to fail in less than two years.

We got an incoming call telephone and use 4 of these device, one for each one of our techs and it works really good, when the phone beeps they know it's time to pick up the call and help our customers with technical support.

I wanted to add another phone to our system and this one worked perfectly with what we had. It gives us access to our two phone lines as well as being able to listen to our messages. It does what it supposed to.

I have to say that considering how hard I am on these handsets, they really work pretty well. I have a busy automotive shop, and frequently have to chat with customers, parts stores, etc. My hands are often oily and I have dropped the handsets on multiple occasions, but they hold up despite the harsh environment they are used in. The clip does break fairly easily though, and there is no option to just buy extra clips. But I think that in a typical office setting, that would not be an issue.
