Have not had to use the protection plan, thank goodness but still glad i got it

I love the help it provided. It erases all my worries in the future.

My kiddos broke our tablet so I am so happy we purchased the 2 year geek squad protection. They were able to swap it out, but we are still waiting on the tablet via mail since they were out of stock in store.

Bought this as a gift for my toddler nephew and it wokrs great.

If you have kids definitely get the the warranty. Youll be in an out or you can get the product shipped to your home.

I have used the Geek Squad Protection on any device I purchase. I LOVE IT! It really helps when a device stops working. I can just go into the store. Get a store credit & purchase another device with the store credit. It really comes in handy for devices that just stop working. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone. 10/10!
