The install was about and beyond anything I thought you would get from a box channel like best buy,Nathan was very knowledgeable about the product and the install.

I gotta say I’m happy there’s an option like this where for 4 years my system is cover I’m super happy not a fan of manufacturers warranty as they make it complicated to get service in some cases now I just deal with Best Buy straight up definitely recommend this….

After I bought my new computer they explained all the options went through the training with me with any questions I had they also helped me a week later in fixing the little problems I had was extremely happy with their professionalism and eagerness to help I would recommend this to anyone

I recommend getting the warranty when buying a new radio because with tech you never know what can go wrong if it’s a cheap or high end radio it’s great to be safe

Love the production panels. Help me out a lot. Don’t have to worry about anything going bad. They will fix everything.

The gentleman that installed the radio was terrific. He was professional, had all the knowledge of the radio that was being installed and a pure delight to work with. And yes he was recommended. My cousin is having a radio installed she ordered from BB and having him install in Sept.

Was so happy to upgrade to a touch screen. Didn’t take to long, and they got me in and out

I bought a radio and had it installed in my jeep. The warranty is inexpensive and offers 4 years of coverage incase there is an issue. I have a jeep wrangler and in the past I've had issues with radios from going offroad to accidently leaving the softtop down and only to have it rain. The warranty will help any issues that I may come into, which is good because I haven't had the best of luck in the past. Best selling point is that it is inexpensive. If you're going to spend on getting a radio for your vehicle, why not spend a few bucks more and get a warranty incase something goes wrong?

Can’t say enough good things about the guy that installed my radio. Was faster than I had thought it would take, did a great job, and was very helpful and thorough explaining its functions after the install. Will be going back for sure to have a backup camera installed.
