I purchased a washer machine 2 months ago and it has been awesome so I have not had to use this warranty but it helps me sleep easy at night knowing I have this protection.

They took the time to explain maintenance. Install itself was done quickly but could have been done better with better exhaust part. Kinda hokey and popped off on first use. Easily reattached by us.

I purchased a LG WASHER AND LG ELECTRIC DRYER. I love both of them. The washer washes my clothes very well and has options for different water levels which I really like. The dryer dries my clothes quickly and efficiently.

Although it is premature to provide a comprehensive review, I previously utilized this service for my washer and dryer. When my washer ceased functioning, a technician arrived the following day to perform repairs.

Dryer panel went haywire a few months in. Geek Squad came out. Tech was polite and quick. Came back with a new panel a few days later. Done. I add geek squad to all my alliance purchases.

My washer broke down I called Greek squad and they replaced it without a problem 10/10 recommended

Great stackable washer and dryer. Easy to use with all operational button in between washer and dryer for easy access for anyone. Looks absolutely amazing in my small laundry room. Only problem is the Bluetooth app setup will not work. And dryer must be turned back on after drying cycle. Nothing seems to dry completely the first time. Can't seem to get a live person at LG to talk to about it.

I love this set… they are not noiseless but are quiet and i love that they alert you via the app when the load is done and then it reminds you also when its been sitting for a while. Worth the money!

The agents connected my dryer with ease. Took the packaging so no mess was left behind.

I purchased the additonal warranty just in case anything goes wrong. Haven't needed to use it just yet.

So we did not know instead of Geek squad, BestBuy hires these third party contractors to deliver and install our washer and dryer. These guys were extremely unprofessional, they unloaded our washer with front end facing the dolly, causing 2 big dents before installation. I asked the guy and he simply told me: “just call BestBuy, they will get you a replacement or a discount” and he refused to take back the machine. After the installation we found out that the hot and cold water hoses were installed incorrectly, so the washer shows 4C2 code and will not start to run. These guys CANNOT read hot water/cold water. We called them and addressed the issues, the girl over the phone told me that they will call us back for the replacement, this was nine days ago, no one ever called nor emailed. We spent over $2000 on a washer and dryer set, it’s been over a week and we still can’t use them, and BestBuy/Geek Squad just take the money and leave us hanging.

Haven't had the chance to use the service yet. I'd imagine it will be excellent as it usually is.

Highly recommend ordering anything from best buy, delivery guys was in and out within 10- 20 mins. I love my washer set and love best buy

Havent had to use their services in depth just yet, there was an issue with the delivery being delayed and their customer service was legit and helped me through the process.

The dryer is perfect for my family and I. Its exactly what we needed, highly recommend this dryer.
