The geek squad warranty is 2nd to none I get it with every purchase no complaints yet.

We decided for the extra warranty. Our last washer died an early death, so we went for a bit more protection. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Just the best. Never disappointed and highly recommend.

GEEK SQUAD WAS FANTASTIC. THEY STACK MY WASHER AND DRYER PERFECTLY. WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Do not purchase appliances from Best Buy. I have spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad and still do not have an appointment to repair the GE washing machine delivered to my home 16 months ago. The support has been absolutely unhelpful. The image in this review is of the 5th very long phone call with no resolution. The Geek Squad warranty I purchased that is supposed to cover the needed repair appears to be useless. They offered me a $20 gift card for this hassle.

Highly recommended for condo owners. Very pleased on how efficient the wash tower is. I also like that I can use it at anytime and won’t make new noise

Felt like the warranty was worth it based on the price of the washer dryer set.

Havent used the protection and hope we wont have to for our washer but ive used it for a LG tv that the led went out on and could not be fixed i got full reimbursement towards new Sony 75 inch tv . buy the protection

Geek Squad did such a wonderful with installing our new washer & dryer. They were on time, professional and knew a lot about the products.

I'm happy with this service. I have peace of mind knowing my new washer is protected.

They did an amazing job with the installation and gave me tons of tips on extending the life of my washer and dryer
