First ever smart tv

Also, the coax connection is weak. The first time I switched to a longer cable, the tv side of the connection came loose so now it's hooked up with hdmi which required moving the cable box, which required a visit from the cable guy. Docked a star for the remote and one for the easily broken connector.

Surprised

I wasn't familiar with the Insignia brand or even got that matter. Needless to say after my grandson got it set up I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the picture as well as decent sound. The grandson loves the Roku feature which gives you a variety of viewing options.

Easy to set up and use.

It is currently wall mounted and is being used by my 88 year old mother. We had to get a new remote to make it easier and more familiar to her. The remote that comes with could take some getting used to. Overall quality is good, it was easy to set up.
