I've always been a little weary on the insignia brand and always preferred sticking with the more popular brand name. However, I feel as if insignia is proving to be more on that higher end as well as the other known top brands.

Great TV, but beware if you have bad internet

I used to live in an area with really good internet, now I have satellite internet, and this TV will not operate very well until you do all of the ROKU updates straight out of the box. My son had to wait 3 hours (would have been like 5 minutes with a decent connection) due to our Exede internet service. The picture is good, the sound is decent.

It's $150 bucks

That being said I'm not a huge fan of the Roku operating system but it was only $150. Other than the system being a little clunky it was only $150. Picture quality is good. Sound is adequate for a $150 TV. I love only having to use one remote. And did I mention it's only $150.

It is a great size for a bedroom and has a lot of features for the price. It is also easy to hook up other devices to it. My mom wants one for her room at home.

Happy with first smart flat screen tv.

My old TV was still working well after 20 years, but took up a lot of space and was limited. I'm still exploring the bells and whistles on my new set, but so far it has been great. Now even if my TV service goes out, I can still watch a lot of things.
