The device holds a long charge and works great. A wider head would be better for the chest area. The extension is not long enough for the back

Lots of research to end up with this unit. Glad I did. Replaced a M##groomer I had for years. This is such a welcomed upgrade.

Gets the job done and gets the hairs pretty short to the point they are almost unnoticeable.

I have only used this once so far and am very pleased with its performance. My husband has a lot of body hair on his chest and back, and our bathtub drain really does not like all that hair. For that reason, I shave him every few weeks and have been using a shaver that I like but it is heavier. I am pleased that this shaver is light weight and it does an amazing job of removing hair fairly quickly. At this point, I am very pleased with my purchase.

The trimmer works great. We didn’t care for the guards for the trimmer. It cut the hair to short. But overall a good product.

Philips Norelco makes many very good grooming products, and the 3500 is another one. It is reasonably priced and is designed to provide a full body (almost) shave wherever you need it. The “almost” qualifier is that it is not for your face or scalp. Philips has other options for that. The 3500 is design to be used with foam or gel and wet or dry, so use it in the shower if you like. It is sturdy, and body design makes it comfortable to use. One nice feature for those with hairy backs is the enclosed clip-on attachment which extends your reach. For trimming, there are 3 combs for different hair lengths. Importantly, it gives you almost as close a shave as you can get with a razor. Another plus is the up to an hour run time lithium-ion battery, when fully charged. There is a battery status indicator, so no surprises half way through your trimming job. As a caution, you want to be extra careful working in the more personal areas, as you might get nicked. Also, you may find it works better for you without the guards, but you choose what's best for you.

The handle extender allows you to easily trim your back all by yourself. Great battery life.
