Stopped working after one year

It stopped working completely after almost a year. Thankfully, it has a two-year warranty, so I received a replacement.

Just tried it out on my face to see if it cuts. Does not cut as good as a shaver. Would take a few trips over the face to get all the 2 day old whiskers. It does cut though. Not sure how to remove the screen head for cleaning, I tried but i am afraid to break it. Leaves my face feeling a little bit sore like it did some whisker pulling.
