I love this plug! I like the number of outlets and how the angles are flexible to ensure maximum usage of each plug. We , thankfully, have not had any power outages, so I don't have any experience with whether this is able to protect our devices. I will update the review if that ever happens.

I am definitively very happy with my Revolve 45, rotating outlet. Basically, is converting my regular two plugs home regular outlet into four rotating outlets, plus two USB-A outlets and one USB-C. In addition to all of that, the revolve 45 adds a 1080 Joules Surge Protector to avoid overpowering and damage of my electronics. Easy to mount in a regular wall outlet, the revolve 45 is mounted directly into the outlet and brings a screw to fix it directly to the outlet. I found this a great idea because by plugging so many bulky plugs I feared that the outlet could be falling. This never happened and I tested with some heavy power adaptors. With the plugs rotating 360 degrees even the bulkier power plugs are fitting here at the SAME time. Two additional elements that I found a brilliant addition: 1.- The top part is designed to keep your phone or tablet secured there while charging. 2.- The manufacturer is adding a 100K insurance in case your electronics are damaged by overpower. This is a sign of trust in their own product. Strongly recommended.

The 360 Electrical Revolve45 outlet/surge protector is a wonderful modern solution for adding extra plug outlets to your home entertainment systems. No more wasted outlets due to odd shaped or overly large power supplies. The ability to rotate the plugs to be able to accommodate power supply plugs in all of the outlets. Having two USB-A plugs along with a USB-C plug means your portable devices no longer have to compete with static devices like TV's, gaming systems and powered soundbars for outlet space. 45W of output means that even laptops can be charged/powered from it without taking up electrical plug space. The USB outlets are also surge protected to give you more piece of mind. Phones charge quickly. Depending on where you have this surge protector plugged in, the top is shaped such that it cradles your phone while charging. Using just the USB outlets we were able to charge a Pixel 6 pro phone at 16%, An MSI gaming laptop at 9%, and a Samsung Tab 8 at 43% all to to 100% in about 45 minutes. Definitely recommend this.

This 360 outlet is perfect. It comes in a nice box, and couldn't be easier to install. Remove your current outlet cover (one screw), plug this outlet in and secure it (one screw). Not only does it have four outlets, but they swivel in all directions so they are usable with power cords that have large plug ins, without sacrificing one receptacle. That is so convenient. This outlet also has a built in surge protector and indicator lights so you know that it is protected. There is also a light to show that the outlet is grounded. In addition to the four outlets, the 360 also has two USB-A and one USB-C ports so you can plug phones in directly with just a charging cord, rather than needing to use an entire outlet plug. As a bonus, the top of the unit can be used to set a phone or other small device on while charging. The price is a little high to replace all the outlets in my home, but you do save money by not having to have power strips - and they are much more convenient and visually appealing.

360 Electrical - Revolve45, 4 Rotating Outlets/2 USB-A and 1 USB-C 1080 Joules Surge Protector - White What a great idea! With many new devices having plugs that are so big that they want to take up two outlet spaces, this handy gadget offers relief from those “plug hogs”. All four of the Revolv45 outlets rotate so that you can actually use the four outlets, rather than only being able to use two because of those “plug hogs” each covering two outlets. To get started, you unscrew and remove the cover plate for the electrical outlet you plan to use. (This device replaces and covers the electrical outlet that you plan to use.) After removing the red retainer on the device’s locking screw, you plug in the Revolve 45, screw it in, and you’re all set. Now you have four revolving electrical outlets, two USB-A charging connections and one USB-C charging connection, all with 1080 Joules of surge protection. After getting the unit installed, I plugged in a paper shredder with a large plug that would normally take up two outlets, but since I was able to rotate the plug, it only took up one of the four outlets. I then plugged in a room air filter in another outlet. Finally, I plugged my phone into one of the USB ports to recharge. It handled all that with two electrical outlets and two USB ports still available for use. Since there are three USB ports, the device is smart enough to split the power among the three ports when you plug in more than one USB device. The “Start Here” instructions clearly spell this out. There are two lights on the unit (one blue and one green) to let you know the status of the unit. The green light lets you know that the outlet is grounded properly. And, if the “protected blue light” ever goes out, it lets you know that your Resolve45 has absorbed a surge and sacrificed itself to save your attached electronics. Hopefully, that won’t happen, but that’s what the unit is designed for. As they say, lots of great things come in small packages. This is certainly one of them. Highly recommended.

A necessary addition to any house

I live in a house with three teenage kids and two adults. Everyone has at least one phone, a tablet and a laptop. Everyone is searching for a power block or an adapter. Some of the things we use have huge power blocks on the end that seems like they always cover at least two of the plugs on a multi-plug outlet, making half of it unusable. Everything we use nowadays has to be connected to power or needs to be charged at some point. Now, along comes the 360 Electrical - Revolve45 multi-plug. The 360 Electrical comes with four rotating outlets that can adapt for the large boxy plugs that some devices come with. The 360 Electrical also comes with two USB-A and one USB-C charging ports that supply up to 45 watts of charging power. The 360 Electrical is super easy to install, simply remove the center screw on your existing electrical plate, plug in the new 360 and screw in the included longer screw to hold everything in place. The 360 Revovle 45 communicates with your attached devices to distribute the exact amount of power needed. If more than one device is attached, the charge sense technology intelligently distributes the power between the devices. This is a great upgrade to any existing power outlet and provides a huge amount of flexibility to charge and maintain several devices at any one time as well as provide adjustable plugs to keep other appliances powered up. I would consider this a must buy for households like mine.

The Outlet/Surge Strip with a Twist

The 360 Revolve 45 Outlets/Surge Protector has four 120 vac outlets that swivel, two USB-A outlets and one USB-C outlet. This is the way all outlet strips should be designed. This item does carry a little higher cost, but it is definitely worth it. The rotating 120 vac outlets allow you to fit larger plugs/ power bricks into a smaller space. It has two status lights, one for protected and one for grounded. The engineers did not cut corners on the quality and functionality of this outlet strip – tip of my cap to them. I use it behind my main work desk. Now I not only have the 120 vac outlets, but I also have the charge ports for my phone and laptop which both take USB-C now. It does fast charge both of these devices and it definitely worked great for charging other items as well including my digital watch and bicycle light. There is a somewhat unique feature that reduces the heat of all this charging activity. It is Gallium Nitride, which is used in this ‘smart’ outlet device. Gallium Nitride can withstand higher voltages and conducts current much faster (than silicon) and has better heat resistance and can essentially allow for a faster and cooler charge. Also this outlet device has another feature in that it talks to any devices being charged to ensure optimal charging. I can say that the outlet did stay cool while I used every port for charging and all the devices charged more quickly than from my array of other charging methods. I am very impressed, so I do plan to get two more of these outlets for my two other laptop desk-stations. I certainly do highly recommend this outlet device.

The Fix For All Those Bricks!

The Revolve45 is a fantastic wall plug, giving you incredible flexibility and protection in a size that can be used almost anywhere. I honestly wish I had a dozen of these. The marquee feature on the Revolve45 is the rotating (or revolving) outlet plugs. Let me tell you, this is an absolute dream for anyone that's dealing with the annoying pervasive wall wart plugs that seemingly every device has these days. By offsetting rotations, I was easily able to get a phone charger, two baby monitors, and a Mac Book Pro plugged in. Each of these devices has a wall wart that's large enough to monopolize at least 2 and a half outlets on your average power strip. In addition to the four AC outlets, you get two USB A ports and a USB C port. These are great for a variety of devices, including phones, tablets, and laptops (to a certain degree). Some laptops may require more than the wattage available to hold a charge (my Mac Book pro is an example), but most other devices will work just as expected. Finally, this unit includes surge protection. This is especially important if you plan to use this with electronics, which can be especially susceptible to the surges coming from not only the power coming into your home, but also from other devices in your home. Overall, the Revolve45 is a simple and effective way to solve a lot of problems when it comes to plugging in multiple devices. Highly recommend this product!

I actually forgot I had this after I set it up and plugged everything in. It's super unobtrusive, isn't festooned with bright lights, and it's just generally really easy to forget it's there. That's partially because of the rotating outlets: I can just leave things plugged in rather than worry about changing what's plugged in when I need something different, because everything just fits. The USB ports even eliminate the need for a few power bricks. One of my favorite things about this is actually the lights. They're not very bright. You can see them, but they don't really light up the area around them. This is really nice because that means I can use it in my bedroom without worrying about being kept up at night by obnoxiously bright indicator lights. One thing that's interesting about this device I didn't see in the photos before I got it was that there's a hole in the middle for a screw. If you unscrew the face plate of your power outlet, you can actually mount this to your wall. Or, if you pull off the washer holding the screw in, you can just plug in it normally. You don't *have* to screw it in. Since I totally missed that that exists, I feel like it's important to mention. Overall, this is a pretty good "power strip". If you have an area where you need to plug in all of the bricks at once, try using this and make your life a bit easier. It's super nice to not have to worry about managing all that.

Flexible surge protection and device charging

My experience with the Revolve45 so far has been excellent. There are 2 USB-A and 1 USB-C charging port which allows for charging 3 devices simultaneously and directly without a plug charger. I found charging to be fast and reliable with several different devices. There is also room on top to store or dock a phone or small device while charging. Rotating outlets are handy if you have to plug in one or more odd sized power adapters and the awesome thing is that they rotate a full 360 degrees. Surge and ground LEDs also let you know that your connected equipment is safe. If I had to find one thing to critique it would be that the 110v plug configuration is really suited for standard dual outlets with a middle screw. The Revolve45 has a built-in screw to secure it in place and you will have to remove the one from the wall plate first. If you want to use with a different type of outlet such as a GFCI outlet it will work if you remove the built-In screw but the bottom fake ground pin wont line up perfectly causing a less than snug fit which means it might pull out of the wall outlet when you unplug things from it.

This Revolve45 surge protector is such a great upgrade to a regular old outlet. With how expensive some electronics are these days, it's very comforting to have this many devices being protected while plugged in, its a no brainer really. I also love that the surge protector comes with a screw to hold it to your outlet with a simple swap of your outlet cover screw. There is nothing worse than going to plug something out of an outlet adapter and the whole adapter comes out of the outlet instead, unplugging everything at once. It is fully secured as long as you change the screw. I also love how the 4 outlets rotate, it's very convenient for those devices that have larger plugs. I have used other outlet surge protectors like this before with the rotating outlets, but their rotating function was awesome. This Revolve45 rotation is so much smoother and easier to use, and it does not feel like it could break at any second compared to other competitors out there. My only small gripe about the Revolve45 is that it is a little larger than expected. I first tried putting it in the outlet next to my bed but even with my bed frame moved as far over as it can go, the surge protector still could not fit there so I had to pick a different outlet. Not the end of the world, just something to think about if you are looking at using this at a specific outlet. Overall this Revolve45 surge protector is an excellent accessory for electronics and I highly recommend it.
