Nothing bad to say - it was the right size and price for an elderly relative who needed a new TV

I really enjoy the picture clarity and sound. Very easy set up.

Pefect size and inexpensive.... Easy set up and user friendly...

My family enjoys this TV because of the built in apps. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a physical power button.

great tv for the kids room to band around - not a big deal if broken. Roku inclusion is pretty cool.

I first bought this tv as an open item- about a week after setting it up the top half of the screen went dark (as in a shadow went across the whole top half of the screen while the bottom half was normal/bright). Maybe that's why it was returned, who knows. So I returned it and purchased the same tv model, just a new one. Around a week and a half later, started having issues with that one. Randomly turns off, or it kicks you out of whatever you're watching (Netflix, Amazon), or it straight up just freezes (and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it from the outlet). All this stuff happens at least 3 times a week, and I've had this for about 2 months now, and only reason I never returned it in the first place was because the cashier girl told me I didn't have the extra 14 days from when I returned the first one (returned the first close to the end of the 14 day period, and these problems on the second/new tv didn't occur until after the end of the 14 days). Do to sum it up, skip this tv and find something else.

Picture was average . And kept dropping internet. I returned and bought Sharp Roku. I liked better.

This TV was incredibly easy to set up and is a very good value with the Roku built in. The picture is great. Sports occasionally have a momentary blur. But it costs a lot more to get a 120Hz Tv. The sound is very good but when I need the tv loud, there is some distortion. Build in speakers will do that at a loud volume level. But, I'd buy the tv over again.

Love the new TV, setting it up was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Picture is fantastic. Granddaughter loves it.

I purchased this tv as a gift for my mom. It is really easy to use and my mom figured out to use the "smart" functions and uses Amazon Prime.

Great for the price. Built in roku. Would recommend u get a sound bar or something with it though as built in speakers aren’t very loud

I like it, it is not necessary to connect any cable box, it works directly over internet with apps, I really love it!!

Price was right. Picture is great and the roku works perfectly.

Overall the TV is great, but was a bit challenged on set up so called Insignia support. First person I spoke with did not understand what my problem was so after about 10 minutes I asked to speak with supervisor. After speaking with this person was able to resolve and he helped me with my set up. TV is good, but instructions on set up need some work. I would recommend to friend if not extremely technically challenged.

Good quality screen. In-built Roku makes it a very convenient option for kids entertainment or as an extra tv in the house.

The remote does not numbers, so I have to scan through 40 channels to switch between channels I watch.

A bit of a challenge to set up initially. Had to have a Roku account to continue the setup of the television. Happy with the results and the TV.

This was purchased for a family member at a great price. The picture quality is decent and the roku os is very easy to navigate.

Great TV to use with the PS4 gaming system. The TV was a little tricky to mount due to the size and position of the holes on the back.
