Picture quality is good - apps load slow

Picture is fine, however it does take a while for the apps to load on the Roku portion. I also have a 43" Roku 4K and it loads much faster and is much more responsive. Must be difference in technology. This is for a bedroom, so it will do. If you can afford a little more - go for the 43" 4 K. It is great.

What I didn't know, when I bought the "Open Box" TV, however, was that it didn't include a remote or a power cord. When I wrote to complain, I was basically told too bad. You take that risk when you buy an open box item. So let me get this straight--there's no power cord to plug it in, and no remote to set up the TV. Why would you even sell something like that? Never again.
