Seems to reset itself occasionally

I have tried updating the firmware but the problems persist. It happens 3-4 times a month, so at this point its just annoying. Other than that it has a decent picture and sound.

Excellent picture, sound and price!

Not only is the picture quality excellent, the sound is great, too. One remote controls everything and that removes one big frustration; finding missing remotes. My college student "loves" this TV.
