    I purchased my tv and as soon as I turned it on it has a lighter spot about the size of a quarter in the screen...thought it would go away after watching for a while but it hasn't. I emailed customer service the next week but received no response...I tried calling and sat on hold...I have now had the tv about 4 weeks spot is still there.

    I wouldn’t buy this brand again. I don’t care for the tiny remote. There are a variety of free episodes and movies available. But I wish I could adjust the time out option and it seems to always be searching for a signal.
