    When I bought this TV, I was upgrading from a REALLY old 27" CRT TV. And don't get me wrong -- the picture quality was a HUGE difference, and it was nice to have access to "Smart TV" apps. But for the past year and a half, this TV has restarted itself 2-3 times per night, sometimes taking up to 30 minutes to restart. Not good when I'm watching sports or a late-night monologue. I've finally decided to trash this TV and buy a VIZIO (made by Sony) on the recommendation of a co-worker, who is probably much more reliable than a Best Buy Salesman. Pic quality is good. Smart TV apps offer a good choice. I just can't STAND that I have to deal with it shutting itself off and re-starting multiple times per night, EVERY night. Avoid "Insignia" at all costs. They're cheaply made and unreliable. They work well when they work, but I want something that actually works ALL THE TIME like I paid for.
