I really liked the TV and it works great. Tested with 1080p videos and provides good quality output. The only thing is sound is ok not very good but what do you expect for this price.

I cannot recommend this product. We have had nothing but trouble. Response time is very slow and several times a day it looses the wireless Internet connection and is constantly loading even though it's in the same room with the router. Our other TV (not a Roku) works perfectly. I have unlimited high speed Internet service (200) and all our other electronics connect just fine. It also looses my streaming service and I have to reboot the TV to get it back. Not happy with this product.

Excellent so far! Easy to set up and good response time for video games, which is primarily why we bought it!

This is my second Insignia. The first one was ten years old before it bit the dust.This is my first lcd tv. love it. Everything I was looking for.

Got the tv and cannot get it set up with Direct tv. Went through everything -- called Direct tv and they were no help with this model. Frustrating spending 4 hours trying to get it to work. Taking it back tomorrow. Disgusted!

I purchased this a couple days ago and after assembling the mount I was trying to screw on the hooks for the mount onto the back of the tv. To my surprise there were no holes for my screws to go into. I have mounted three different tvs from different brands, they all had screw holes. I will be returning this to the store and will be checking Insignia tvs for screw holes. I think being able to mount a tv is a no brainer when selling a tv nowadays.

Tv does everything I need and more..great for gaming etc..wouldn't use it as a primary tv cause of the size but great fir everything else

This tv is all you need until you want to go 4k it does it all.

When I use my tv it is the best. When I am sleep it turns off by itself and I can use my phone when I can find my remote

i love my new tv. I'm able to watch TWC tv on it. i'm getting familiar with it. I might get a universal remote.

Love the TV for the most part. The image quality is awesome and I love how user-friendly the main menu screen is. The problem I have with it is it constantly freezes or restarts itself, especially when it's a bit warmer in the house. Sometimes it will take upwards of 10 minutes for it to turn on and get to the main menu. Very disappointing. You get what you pay for it seems.

Could not even get past initial set up. Makes you update before going online, but durring this process, shuts off and won't turn back on without unplugging it. Then when you turn it back on, it starts the process all over again. Read many negative reviews with this same expierence on sites other than bestbuy. Biggest piece of junk I've ever bought.

1 year old. Blackscreen. reviews are horrible. Can't cast. Love Roku..hate the tv.

This TV has great functionality and fit my needs. Great overall basic TV.

Set up per instructions. Power light is on but remote won't turn it on. Swapped out the batteries that came with the TV. Followed "troubleshooting" tips that came with package. Link to manual only downloads a list of features. Toll-free number closed. Overall, big disappointment. Returning to Best Buy.

great price with a built in roku for my son for christmas

Nothing was wrong with the tv itself, the screen was just cracked

Tv was great until it started turning off and on by itself. I contacted Insignia tech and spent 3 hours trying to get it up and running again. We were able to do so, but when I went to turn it on a few hours later, it was back to square one...it was power cycling again. I spoke to the geek squad, the store manager, and customer service. It seems that they will not come to your home if the tv is under 42". Here's my issue, a physical disability prevents me from taking the tv to the store. They all wanted to help me somehow, but said they couldn't. They suggested I contact corporate, but I haven't found a way to do that. Please advise.

Bought the item for my bedroom but it was better suited for my 10 year old's room. The sound quality is very poor and the remote has to be close to the TV in order for it to work.
