The backpack works perfectly for the Solo. Almost like it was made for it!

I had the carboard case that came in the box and I was taking that everywhere and It is no good and takes to long to pack. I am fiting solo with gimbal and camera 3 battery and outdoor bug spary and other stuff with perfect space. (will modify to fit FPVL long range antennas) and when the terrain is bad I use the solo backpack as a launch base and level it perfect

Absolutely amazing design...you'd think it was designed especially for the 3DR Solo...no doubt it was. Amazing protection for your Solo and plenty of room for all your accessories and extra batteries.

Made for the Solo, controller and 4 batteries. Good extra props and charge cables as well. Everything is laid out well and fits as it should. Honestly it's a necessity if you fly often.

Great pack. Well designed for the copter and accessories. Tablet pocket too small to fit a small laptop, which is a bummer.

This is a great backpack for the Solo. I guess because 3DR was behind it, it pretty much is designed exclusively for the Solo. I got it on sale a few weeks ago and while the price was cheap, this backpack is not! Very high quality. Plenty of room for spare batteries and props as well as the chargers. The remote is a little tricky to pull out because it's in there so snugly but I guess that also means it's safe.

Other than spare props and a battery, this is the next important purchase to make for your Solo, especially when it's on sale. It fits the Solo with battery, four additional batteries, plenty of props, tools, chargers, controller, and a tablet for easy transport. Construction is nice and feels very well made. It's bulky so be careful if you have it on indoors but it's a great way to transport your Solo anywhere.
